Excellent place to get your medals
Customer service was prompt, efficient, and a fast turnaround speed.... Good value product for the price... my dancing school children will be thrilled with their show medal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company

Excellent Service
I ordered some medals for a trampolining competition; they arrived one day later than the original date requested, however they phoned ahead to check this was okay, it was due to one of their deliveries being late. They were polite and friendly, the quality of the medals was fantastic and the design on the front was exactly as we asked. All for a great price! They also tracked the parcel delivery as well.

Really poor product
I ordered round pin badges and they were simply cut out pieces of paper added into the badge frame. Not cut evenly and not printed that well either. Really poor product. I had to throw them straight in the bin :(

Moderate Service
Website was difficult and unhelpful in specifying precisely what was required, despite telephone clarification attempt, the engraving was not correct. However, the quality was commensurate with the price and the delivery was prompt.

Checking your order, we are a bit confused by your review.
Options 1-3, Personalised printed centre options were entered and printed based on the instructions you left.
Option 4 (centre shield engraving) the option selected was "no" on both occasions.
On the confirmation email, we explain that you can make changes and also enter instructions to make sure the personalisation you require is correct. This helps getting personalisation correct with our team.
We will review the layout of our options to try and improve the customer confidence when ordering personalisation for shields.
Great service
Great service. Fast responses to emails and any questions answered. Fast delivery and great products. I was messed about with another company leaving me with a tight deadline. Thanks to sublime designs I was ready for my event.

Brilliant
This is the first time I've used this site (or any site for medals/trophies) and I have to say I am impressed. The quality of them is amazing for the amount you pay.
The artwork I sent in was printed on each medal with great quality and the trophy I got is such brilliant quality.
Definitely be using this website for future events.

Fast, efficient and good value for money
Sublime was recommended to me by a friend. I was organising an Ultimate Frisbee tournament and needed some generic trophies and medals.
The website was extremely easy to navigate and it took no time at all to choose what we needed and how it should look. The items arrived within the estimated time, and were well-packaged so there was no damage.
The final products look fantastic, will definitely be using Sublime again.

1956 QUIZ
Wanted personalised medals for a 60th Birthday weekend. These were for a 'Daily Quiz'.... Brilliant medals, they made me chuckle, and will go down a storm with my ladies, especially with a picture of me in the centre. Will certainly be back to this site. Thank you Sublime Designs
