I have been so impressed with the advice and support from Paul in the showroom and the excellent work of Jamie, who worked for 13 hours straight to install my radiators and sort out a problem with the plumbing. The radiators look amazing and having bought from Stylish Radiators before, would highly recommend them.

Do not buy from this company. Advertise at low price and then try to increase the price once you’ve ordered and try to justify it!!! Stay well away!

Have to say, customer service at Stylish Radiators is 5*, rang to order a replacement Vogue bathroom towel rail/radiator. Going through the order process, mentioned reason for need for new rad, sales manager Andy, informed me the old one was still under a long warranty. After sending pictures of the problem, he immediately organised a replacement via the manufacturer, all sorted, new one delivered & old one collected at same time. Thanks to manufacturer Vogue too. How many companies would pass up a sale and instead invoke the warranty process !

Shocking service.
Seems this company blame suppliers for issues and try and make you deal with them.
Refused refund after they failed to deliver.
Section 75 sorted this.
This order was not refused at the door.
That’s an outright lie.
I have recorded call log.
You tried to deliver when you knew no one home.
You failed a delivery on 10th Nov I have your emails.
I have a log of 10 calls to Kim Goodwin at your suppliers, all ignored.
So you crack on.
Section 75 has refunded and thus far you have NOT disputed.
If you finally do dispute then we will let the small claims court decide.
Today 20th Dec the bank have told company they have no grounds to defend the charge back.
Odd as they did not lie to the bank saying I refused item at the door, just sent an incomplete email chain.
This however worked in my favour.

Poor customer service and communication.
I feel obliged to say after spending a considerable amount of money radiators damaged incorrect advise and finally 2 weeks later the correct radiators.
Would not recommend sorry!!

Had some friendly, knowledgeable advice before purchasing and the show room is great. Unfortunately after placing the order and paying we were called a week later to say not in stock and they could not refund over the phone so my husband had to drive all the way back to gain a refund. Just an inconvenience really but it would not put us off from going there again.

The showroom at Stylish radiators is a great benefit, making it easy to look closely at designs, finishes and colours of a good selection of radiators. The team were great to deal with and with a copy of our floor plan, assisted with calculating what radiator output we would need in each room/location.
We ordered ten radiators and valves from them which were delivered to us on the date we needed for our installation.
Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Very impressed - I was looking for a valve that was out of stock in most places. Called to enquire and was advised it was available and the best way to order. Arrived very quickly and at a great price, very happy.

I had an issue with a damaged/missing part of a TRV. I contacted the company and within 24hrs, the item was en route to me via 1st class postage. Great communication and very swift. Highly recommend this company and will be using in the future. Thank you.

Exceptionally good service, impeccable from the moment we visited to browse the collection to placing the order and eventually having the order delivered to our home address.,.
We bought some traditional radiators and some very stylish mirror radiators.
Excellent product knowledge but the very good service made up our mind to place the order with this business.

Contact started off well with "Paul" giving a quote for a bathroom towel radiator & carriage. Having told him that I was going out of the country for a couple of weeks and would contact him when I got back, absolutely ZERO RESPONSE when I tried to contact him again on my return. No reply to emails, zero response via Chat System so I have to conclude that Stylish Radiators don't want my business.

Therefore Stylish Radiators have lost not only £600/£700 of business BUT will never get a good recommendation from me.

My advice is simply "Don't Waste Your Time With This Company !!"

I've placed two orders with stylish radiators as well as visiting their showroom. On all occasions the team have gone out of their way to advise and help and I don't hesitate to recommend them.
