I've ordered about 8 pins from them over the last year. I absolutely love them!

The pins are great quality, they always ship out fast unless a literal catastrophy happens, and anything that has ever went wrong was always fixed immediately. I love their designs so much that about half of my pin board is Strike Gently. There was one time they forgot one of my mystery packs when I got two, but I just sent them an email and they sent it out in a day or two. They also give you a free birthday mystery pack. I'm pretty sure I messed up on my part sometime earlier in the year and it wouldn't let me, but I just messaged them and they sent it out. They have probably the best customer service I've ever experienced

Obsessed with this company, I ordered a few pins and a mystery sticker pack. The pins are very high quality and unique, the sticker pack was all keeps, usually mystery packs have a few items that aren't the best but everything I received was amazing. Shipping did not take long at all and I'm excited to order more from this company

We've bought two blankets from these folks and they are GREAT. Really wonderful craftsmanship on the blankets themselves. They're a good weight, the weaving is really well done, and they look just like the designs pictures in on the website. Excellent communication from the company throughout the process. We don't need more than two blankets and expect these will last us for a long time, but we'll definitely be repeat customers for pins, etc.

These pins are, in a word.....stunning. The people running this business......superb. I wanted to come up with something clever, but honestly, I am high right now and can't think of anything else. I JUST FREAKING LOVE THESE PINS

What I like about the company is they kept me informed from ordering and till it was received. The pins I ordered are top notch and I can't wait to show them off.

Their merchandise tickles my brain and causes my mouth to smile. Once I had an order that took longer than usual to arrive but I got an apology email noting that their f******city was on fire and they thought it would be nice to let their employees go home. I like doing business with human beings.

I love everything I've ordered from this site. High quality pins, high quality blankets. I regularly get complimented on both. On the rare occasion that there are mistakes in the order, I simply have sent them an email, and they correct the issue by sending me the correct item. No hassle, no forcing me to return the mistakenly-shipped item. I love Strike Gently so much, genuinely. Highly recommend purchasing from them if you like what you see.

I’d love to give a glowing review but I still haven’t received my order… placed almost 3 weeks ago and been in shipment for over a week (although it took about 3 days from the label being printed to actually shipping) and now it’s bouncing around with USPS. In the meantime I’ve purchased and received something from the U.K.
No explanation in response to my email, no apology. Yeah, they’re only pins but it’s the lack of customer service that frustrates me. Do better.

Ordered Enamel pins and they are high quality. Super good as gifts. My order took about 2 weeks to arrive and everything was well packaged. I will definitely order again

There was a bit of confusion when I received the freebie pin before the Decay blanket I ordered, not knowing they'd be shipped separately. But an easy exchange with Customer Service quickly dispelled that confusion and the blanket arrived soon after.

The blanket is beautiful and good quality, and I hope to get enough money to splurge on more from them in the future. The random freebie pin was a nice touch, and I really liked the dragon design I wound up with.
