I wish I could give 0 stars. This “delivery” company has on their site that they deliver “rapid and efficient courier services”. Given my experience and the majority of their recent reviews being 1 star, they should remove that from their site.

My package was dispatched overnight on 13.3.24 and was meant to be delivered on 14.3.24. My package arrived at their depot just after 6.30 but never made it out for delivery. I found out that information because I called them. No update of the tracking information and no email to apologise.

Evri is terrible but at least if they can't deliver for the most part you get a notification. I never thought I would see the day that I would see them as a better company.

When I called I was told they have sickness and vehicles have broken down, is that my problem or my fault? No. Have I been impacted? Yes. To them, every parcel is the same but if someone has booked a ND delivery that suggests that it's urgent. I was told that with the best intentions my parcel would go out for delivery on 15.3.24 and I should call back after 9.30am if the tracking hasn't been updated.

I called after 10 am and my delivery was being loaded onto the van. I got a text and my delivery slot was 15:09-17:09. At 17:19 I checked the tracker and the driver had 16 stops until mine. My parcel did not get delivered, but again there was no communication!

I am dyslexic student and I cannot do my assignment as they have my DSA-issued laptop in their possession. It has all the software I need. To them it is just a package but they are impacting my life. I am stressed and worried because I don't know when my parcel is arriving.

The “customer service” I've received demonstrates that there is a lack of professionalism and care. They don't deliver on a Saturday unless it's requested, but my parcel wasn't delivered next day so as a courtesy they should deliver on a Saturday, but that was not offered as a solution. I will never recommend them to anyone!

After some initial confusion re delivery dates and then lots of communication to re-arrange a mutually convenient date and time, the package was delivered within acceptable timescales.

Delighted with the service I received today. I changed the preferred ‘safe drop’ only a couple of hours before the package arrived. Driver arrived well within the given time estimate and put the package exactly where I asked. Very impressed and appreciative.

Horrific, the Overnight service has failed 3 times to deliver on the 22nd, 27th and 6th Jan... every other courier company manages to perform their sole one task, their only job, the reason for their existence.

This Streetwise / APC company should be boycott and shut down.

To add a note after the company rep requesting to resolve the issue.
No, is my answer, 22nd December was before Christmas, a table was the delivery item, it didn't turn up despite me speaking with the driver on that day, opening the door, he turned around a waltzed off.

We had to have guests eat Christmas dinner, Boxing Day dinner and New Year's dinner on their laps.

Despite the hours of extra work calling APC headoffice, daily delivery and overnight delivery team.

Fail 3 times you strike out, bad.
My review stands, do not used Streetwise Couriers Ltd part of APC-overnight couriers Ltd.

Very Good telephone Customer Support services at the Gatwick depot. the lady was so understanding

If I could give them 0 stars I would. An overnight delivery still has not arrived after 3 days and they have kept saying it’s coming the following day. Tracking system also doesn’t work and they are uncontactable. Customer service seems to be representative of the whole business in that it’s an absolute shambles.

Only delivered 1 out of 3 cases, said delivery would come the next day nothing.
Can’t get through on email or telephone.
Their tracking system has not been working this year.
Poor company don’t use

Waiting for one small item which they've had since 8th Dec. Update on 15th Dec is that their driver has failed to turn up on 3 separate days so far. Waiting now for attempt number 4, supposedly on 18th Dec...

Update: the item was delivered finally on 18th Dec, not within the delivery window but it did arrive, albeit in filthy packaging and with a dented box.

Parcel 4 days late after booking a next day AM

Chased several times and even went out to try and find the driver when they attempted delivery because he clearly took no more than 1 minute to look for out flat before driving off

Parcel no longer needed.

Loud bang at the door and when opened parcel from APC sitting on the door step

I’m on the 1st floor and no one around - it had been thrown from the Ground floor up at the front door

£16:99 ND am delivery complete waste I would avoid

Monir trained me really really well, I passed my test in one go Alhamdulillah at watford test centre with only 1 minor mistake, i really recommend streetwise specifically Monir.

We used Streetwise quite a bit and had a fair few instances where we were left without a courier that we had booked due to miscommunication their end. There seems to frequently be a basic level of interpretation that causes issues.

ie: We ordered a non dedicated courier but got charged for a dedicated.

But will never use them again since they lost an important parcel and decided it wasn't their responsibility to replace.

We had video evidence showing it leaving our building and pictures of the arrival proving it wasn't there on arrival.

Rather than accepting responsibility we've been having to deal with a series of excuses or supplementary questions after the fact.

Our final conversation we left with them to give us a final decision and they have not bothered to get back in touch - clearly not fussed about their customers.

We've been very patient and understanding with this company but enough is enough - DO NOT USE

Do not ever use this company! Delivery driver rang my doorbell and before I even got to my front door he had already driven off. I rang customer service, horrendous experience, I explained the situation and all she said was "an attempt was made and the driver won't be coming back today" even though he had only left minutes ago. Brainless customer service and incompetent drivers.

Terrible company who APC Overnight use. Was meant to be deliveried next day but they didn’t even attempt to deliver. Then the next day after that was in all day and no attempt was made. The picture on the tracking was of a completely different block of flats which they all clearly state the block name and numbers on each entrance. Contact them and they state they can’t then deliver it for 4 days later!!!

THE WORST COURIER COMPANY IN THE UK. Ordered a parcel.a few weeks ago from LBS straps via APC on an overnight delivery, next day the parcel did not arrive. Tried to contact them and they said they do not know where the parcel is. Rang them next day, and again they did not deliver but said the parcel would be delivered the following day. That is the 3rd day, when it is supposed to he overnight. The 3rd day the parcel did not arrive and contacted LBS straps again and they has to send a replacement via Royal Mail which arrived next day. The original parcel was not even attempted delivery.
Ordered another parcel ftom LBS straps on the 15th of this month for next day delivery. Should have been delivered on the16th. Traced it around 4.15pm and showed driver is 2 stops away so should be in the next few minutes. Tracked it after 15mins and showed no tracking of any delivery to be made. The delivery slot had been wiped out. Showed no delivery
Today 17th August' rang Streetwise and was told the parcel is scheduled for delivery for 18th August. That is the 3rd day. When I asked what the reason was that it was 2 stops away on the 16th, and then simply disappeared from the tracking information, I was given no explanation or any attempt to explain why the parcel had not been delivered. I lost several customers due the Steetwise's pathetic service. I hope that people stay from using Steetwise and also APC who contract them out. They simply do not care about customers or their businesses. I will make sure that no parcel delivered to me are through APC or Streetwise

APC delivery overnight from TheRugs and managed by Streetwise. They emailed me the night before the delivery was due, I re-scheduled to a couple days later since I would not be at home.
The day of the delivery comes - no further emails, no communication of any type. I spent the whole day at home awaiting my parcel, which never came.
The next working day I contact them via email (tried to phone - no response) - their driver is off sick and they do not know when they might have a replacement?? I would have never even found this out if I hadn't contacted them.
Luckily the depot is close-ish to my home, so I popped in to get my parcel. Random people walking around, nobody really offering to ask whether I needed anything. There's a phone in the reception area to contact the warehouse - and nobody picked up the phone!
Eventually somebody happened to walk by, took my consignment number and my postcode and I managed to get my parcel.
Still, terrible experience, very poor communication. I would not use this service this personally or professionally ever again.

Horrendous experience. Been over two weeks now since i booked a next day delivery. Still hasnt been devilered and they cant tell me why. Communication has been appaling and they keep directing me else where. No accountability or effort in helping me.

I purchased a microwave in Amazon and the seller used APC Overnight, whose network Streetwise couriers is part of. Appalling service. They attempted to deliver twice on different dates (earlier) than what shown in my account. When I tracked the parcel they had 2 photos showing my home and the notes ‘carded’ but they never left any cards as appartenerle that’s not what they do. Then they said they couldn’t redeliver but I could pick up the microwave from their depot. I complaint ed to the seller who kindly requested redelivery and then contacted them to rearrange. First they told me that it’d be redelivered yesterday, didn’t happen. Rearranged for today, didn’t happened. Checked the tracking link and saw that the item has been sent back to the sender. They’re totally disjointed, if your business depends on couriers please don’t use these people

What happened last time they were appointed to deliver goods to me @ 133 they delivered to 113. Now Homebase decided to use them, so where was it delivered to, yep, 113, not 133. Furthermore, like last time, no prior notice of when they were going to deliver, so I now find my package was delivered to this incorrect address on the 17th. Guess what, the people @ 113 aren't answering, so what do I make of that. This wouldn't happen at all if firms stopped using this courier! Avoid them at all costs!
