Streeter Marshall were excellent and Nicola Davey was my conveyancer handling the sale and purchase and she was amazing throughout. Always replying to emails and always calling back after I leave a message.

My buyers were a difficult bunch, delaying things for 4 month and we had trouble getting updates etc. She held everything together and got us over the line.

She was there as a friendly ear to listen to my rants but also keeping things moving and managed the solicitors from both sides.

Highly recommend them and in particular Nicola.
