Process was good , from the start to finish.
Guys in the car park greeting was helpful , maybe a bit over kill but good. And I think it was Tyler that dealt with my car , he was very good also.

Danny was great to deal with. Even called me after the test drive to say I'd forgotten my driving license and he'd be posting it up to me.

The after-sales service leaves much to be desired. I was assured of a loan car when my vehicle was serviced, yet it seems financial considerations are valued more highly than customer satisfaction. Mercedes positions itself as a premium brand, but aside from the premium price tag, the quality of service and customer care falls strikingly short of the standards one would reasonably expect.

When I came to get my MOT and Service done this year, the process was different from last year. There was less interaction between the customer and the technical staff/receptionist. The customer had no idea what the difference was between Service A and Service B, or which was more suitable or cheaper.

I still remember that last year your technician formatted all my car camera videos without informing me in advance.
He had no right to do that!

Simple tyre change, wrong tyre installed. returned a few days later to have the correct tyre installed. drove away from the garage only to be notified the tyre pressure on the new tyre was low. Wasting two days for a simple task

Car went into repair and then the valet organisation crashed my car.

From entering the dealership to collecting the vehicle fully services everything went quickly and smoothly. As the car is over 10 years old I also got a discount on the service so this was a great unexpected bonus.

Live up to your standards, don't put families in unsafe cars, and try communicate between departments. And don't try to bully people about consumer rights.

I went in to browse, but ended up buying a Mercedes. I had a bad experience with the Mercedes showroom in Leeds before, so I was quite hesitant and skeptical. However, since it had been a few years, I thought I would just go in and look around. Having never owned one before, I was unsure because I loved my Tiguan and couldn't picture wanting a Mercedes. I felt discouraged and started discussing what I wanted in a car with Ellie. With her guidance, I found a car that met my needs. Inti was also there to assist and help finalize the deal. They were both very professional and made me feel comfortable. It was stressful trying to close the deal with personal issues getting in the way, but with Ellie's support and patience, I finally signed up and now own a Mercedes for the first time. When I went to pick it up, I was amazed by how they presented my car. It felt like a red carpet experience, and I loved it! Although I was sad to leave my Tiguan behind and worried about whether I would like my new car, I can honestly say I think I'm starting to love it, just as Ellie and Inti said I would. I returned to the showroom because I had some questions about the vehicle, and both Ellie and Inti were there to help me. In the following days, Ellie checked in to see how I was doing with my new car, and I was pleased to say there were no issues. They both told me to reach out if I had any problems, concerns, or questions. Now the question is, am I a Mercedes lady now, or will I choose something else in the future? Only time will tell...
