Customer service is excellent.
Could do with refreshments while we waited as the coffee machine was not working

I have a recurrent issue with my car. This same issue happen last year and I had to take the car 4 times to the workshop before it could be fixed, but only temporarily as the issue has return.
In summary:
I’m experiencing unexpected vehicle behaviour that is more concerning:
• The Active Emergency Stop Assist activates suddenly without any obstacle, creating a risk of losing control or being hit from behind
• The emergency braking system triggers at traffic lights without reason
• Front and rear wipers activate on their own, even in dry conditions
•The seat heating switches off by itself a few seconds after being turned on

I am consistently receiving multiple system warnings, including:
• Active Emergency Stop Assist inoperative
• Blind Spot Assist and Exit Warning inoperative
• Left and right low beam warnings
• SOS call inoperative
• Active Parking Assist and PARKTRONIC inoperative
• General lights malfunction warning
• Front left and right turn signal warnings
• Digital Light functions limited
• Emergency braking system warning
These appear to be connected, rather than isolated faults.

These issues are not just inconveniences. They are serious safety risks, especially the unexpected braking and false emergency system activations. I am concerned about driving the vehicle in this condition and Mercedes response has been disappointing.

Very disappointing experience with Used Mercedes-Benz Glasgow. Poor work initially on the sale, with then a conversation with the Manager. This was partially resolved but I then sought to be assured that the rest of the transaction would go smoothly. This was not the case.

The car was in very poor condition for collection, with numerous scratches, chips, and dirty interior. I have been in contact with the Sales Person who has provided partial remedy to the condition of the car, but I don't believe the appropriate level of concern is being shown by the Used Mercedes-Benz of Glasgow team.

I have been seeking the PDI confirmation to better understand why there was such a un-profesional collection and handover process, but equally I seek to understand who is ultimately responsible for the condition and handover of the car. The sales person thus far has provided no PDI confirmation.

Further to this the car has the previous owners personal information/addresses etc. and had not been reset. This is exceptionally concerning, and indicative of the experience of dealing with Used Mercedez-Benz of Glasgow. I am about to contact the Used Mercedes-Benz of Glasgow team and clarify who is the named Data Protection Officer for Pendragon. This is to seek assurances over the previous owners data leak, understand if it is a systemic failure for all the used cars sold by them, and if necessary report the breach to the Information Comissioner's Office.

The salesman Robbie was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions

The service was very smooth, right from arrival to departure.Excellent system indeed.

I am deeply disappointed that I have had to return this new car twice within 12 weeks of purchase for 2 different faults, only to be told-awe don’t worry about it by your lead technician, this is not a response I expect from your staff or from a brand new car or a technician I expect better. This car is not fit for purpose and I am being fobbed off with no concern. If there is one more issue with this car you can be prepared to take it back, I don’t want a car that has constant faults also I don’t have the time to keep returning to the garage. Please get in touch with a solution.

Would I buy from them again - not sure...I accept the car I bought was new to market - but I feel I knew more than them about issues people were having with the software.

Habib, A wonderful and helpful person, Advised me on the required repair so i was able to proceed and keep my car on the road.

Trying to contact the garage to speak to them prior to my car going in & the following day was absolutely ridiculous. I must have phoned at least 20 times & couldn’t get through, in fact I thought on the Saturday when I was trying to collect my car that phone lines were down. However, when I just turned up in the hope I would be able to take my car & asked, I was told phone lines were fine.
On the few occasions I did speak to people, I found them to be very unprofessional & lacked any enthusiasm. On one attempt, I couldn’t even make out what the girl said when she answered the phone.
That being said, when I did get through to Vari, I found her to be very friendly & helpful. She followed through on what she said.
I was also disappointed that my car wasn’t cleaned as part of the service it received. I have always experienced that in the past from other garages & assumed a brand like Mercedes would be the same.
I am really disappointed the fact a brand new car that I purchased on the 30th January has had to be brought in to be looked at already, let alone the service I have recieved from Mercedes.

I recently purchased a Mercedes EQS from Mercedes-Benz of Glasgow and wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I received from the Used Car Sales Team, particularly David Knox (Used Car Sales Manager) and John in sales.
From the very beginning, John was excellent. He arranged a test drive of another vehicle and was professional, helpful, and attentive throughout. His friendly approach and willingness to assist created a very positive first impression and set a high standard for the customer experience.
I would also like to recognise David Knox for the exceptional support he provided throughout the purchase of my Mercedes EQS. My situation was not entirely straightforward, yet David took ownership from the outset and guided the process through to a perfect conclusion. His attention to detail, clear communication, and determination to ensure everything was handled correctly made all the difference.
It is not often that you encounter people who demonstrate such a high level of professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. When things are not straightforward and someone takes responsibility, navigates the challenges, and delivers an outstanding result, it is both rare and greatly appreciated.
Not only do I absolutely love my car, but I am also delighted with the service I received throughout the entire process. Both John and David are tremendous assets to the organisation and provide an exemplary standard of customer care.
