Stratstone - BMW Chesterfield Anmeldelser

All the staff were helpful and efficient.

I purchased a used 5 series BMW from this company and I am so pleased I did. I chose the car and how I wanted to pay for it and what add ons I wanted NOT what the salesman wanted me to have. Kept up to date with preparation etc. Having had car a few months noticed a mark on door only visible in certain light and angle. Car was booked in by Nicola at body shop. My loan car was amazing and so was the service and repair. Stratstone might be slightly more expensive but the service and care from all departments makes it well worth while. 10 out of10.

excellent service. able to supply and fit washer headlamp nozzles at short notice and car ready very quickly. also reasonable cost too. very happy.

My X3 was recalled for micro processor up grade. I was given an option of service dates. The staff were professional and friendly

From the initial phone call to the actual visit, arrangements around the work to be done, and a courtesy car, my experience with Stratstone was first class. Well done, team Stratstone |(especially Zoe on reception).

This is my second purchase from Stratstone-BMW Chesterfield and will not be my last due to the great customer care and obviously lovely cars would not hesitate to recommend and finally a special mention for Dean who has dealt with both purchases

Absolutely perfect experience. From start to finish with my service and MOT, Carly in the Stratstone Mini servicing department was ace. Crystal clear communication, fun and easy to chat to, answered all my questions and went above and beyond all the way around. The technicians delivered a great video breaking down the issues I had and were easy to understand and work with. Could not recommend more.

Took my Mini for a service/ mot . Courtesy car waiting, good communication and video sent of work and checks being carried out with clear explanation of what they were checking. Very helpful and friendly. Even had a courtesy car wash 😀very happy!!

I had an accident in my BMW X3 and my car was recovered in to Stratstone BMW Chesterfield Bodyshop. They could not have been more helpful and they kept me informed all the way through the process and repair. Nicola O Brien was so professional and ensured the repair was seamless and worry free for me from start to finish. She’s an asset to your Company. It was so nice to get my car back - it’s like a brand new car and is absolutely gleaming. Great service after a traumatic accident. Thankyou!!
