Stratstone - Aston Martin Mayfair Anmeldelser 

I would like to give a shout out to Stratstone Mayfair and especially to Peter Singh, who is always so helpful, so professional and so knowledgeable on the Brand. He really is an asset to the company and for me as a customer, is exactly what I expect in terms of people service from a Luxury Brand.

As a Stratstone Aston Martin owner this has to be the coldest customer experience ever (appaulling).
On 20 May 2026, I was in London having celebrated my sons D of E Gold Award at Buckinham Palace, as you would expect we were suitably attired in suit and tie, at 1.30pm whilst enroute to a restaurant to celebrate my son's achievement in Mayfair, we decided to call into the Aston Martin showroon and view current models, as a DBX owner I was interested in viewing the DBX 'S' as well as other models on show.
Upon entering the gentlman sat behind the counter was basically non engageing, initial pleasantries exchanged, thereafter his attention to customer service was extremely poor, any conversation we did try to engage with was met with very short responses, basically in other words he was not interested, even when my son asked about accesories and pricing, response was "I dont know", it all appeared to much effort, he did not even get up, the sense was he could not be bothered. We were the only people in the showroom, no one else came in whilst we were there or shortly afterwards.
If this is customer service at Stratstone Mayfair then good luck with any sales, I certainly would not recommend you.
Treat people for who they are and with a little respect, we made an effort to visit but were certainly not made to feel welcome.

Terrible experience. Bought a second Range Rover Sport which has steering problems (won’t drive straight and veers right all the time) and they’ve totally gaslit me despite the fact that others have experienced exactly the same with the same model car, and are refusing to take it back. Going to have to take legal action now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible after sales customer service. Never going to trust a Stratstone dealership. Never fixed the car and now have resold it. Worst car buying experience in over 35 years.

Service for Range Rover: Car collected and delivered professionally and on time by Peter from West London. Serviced in East London.
Some issues getting a date in but once that was sorted, all smooth.
