Marine has been brilliant from the start. She was very helpful in our initial meeting, explaining the different options to us and talking us through the nanny recruitment process. The candidates she suggested to us were all of a high quality, and although we did several interviews we actually ended up employing the first person she suggested. She then helped us clarify details around the contract, and was a great intermediary, especially as we were employing a French nanny with only conversational French ourselves. Ten months down the line everything has worked out fantastically; Marine was in contact in the early days to check that everything was going well, and has gone out of her way to give us extra help with other childcare questions as time has gone by.
