Had a viewing with Holly and had a great experience. She was punctual, helpful, and very responsive to calls and emails throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

I bought my flat through Stow Brothers Hackney in October 2026. The process took a long time due to the chain, but Anita at Stow Brothers kept me informed along the way and advocated for my requirements. She replied to everything promptly and with consideration. It was miles better than the much larger agent I used to sell my flat last year.

Holly made our experience seamless, London renting can be stressful but it was an easy process for once!

I recently purchased my flat through James, and I couldn't have had a better experience! From start to finish, James was exceptionally friendly, supportive, and informative, making a stressful process smooth and manageable.

He was always quick to repond whenever I had questions, and he did an amazing job keeping me updated at every stage of the sale. His guidance and advice were invaluable!

If it were possible to give the Stow Brothers 10 stars - I would give them 10 out of 5! They have been absolutely amazing partners as I've had a rocky ride over the past 6 months trying to sell my flat - with a troublesome initial buyer who pulled out 3 weeks before exchange...

Eva, Lahclan, Olly, Lauren, James and Anita have not only been great estate agents - but actually really lovely, emotionally intelligent people, which has been important to me during this pretty overwhelming time.

Eva - thank you for your multiple phone calls when dealing with the fall out from the first buyer pulling out; your positivity and belief have been awesome.

Lachlan - I know you've left now, but really appreciated your plain talking from the off - including giving a realistic valuation (which I knew was really what it would go for) rather than the inflated ones from other agents.

Olly - absolute legend! Thank you for going above and beyond to get this one over the line - including accompanying the buyers' parents on a Sunday afternoon (!), when I was away.

James - thank you for all your advice, patience and generosity of spirit. It's been a real pleasure getting to know you.

Anita - wow! Feels like we've been thru a lot 😂 thanks for being so efficient and on it to make sure the sale progressed.

I have had an excellent service from the Hackney branch of Stow Brothers. From the initial valuation by Eva to the point of sale by James, all my interactions with Stow Brothers have been positive. The marketing materials were of a very high standard. The many viewings were managed without my involvement and the offers made were presented to me in a way that helped me in making my decision. James and Victoria were very responsive to my emails during the conveyancing process. Overall Stow Brothers have been very reassuring and 'can do' throughout! I am recommending them to everyone.

I’ve worked with Lauren and the lettings team at the Hackney branch for several years and have consistently been impressed by their service. They take great care to present each of our properties at its best, and their clear communication with both us and our tenants helps every tenancy get off to a positive start. It’s been a pleasure working with the team, and I look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come.

My experience with Holly and Lauren was excellent from start to finish on our hunt for a new apartment. We saw some properties with Ryan Goullee and he was very nice and professional. Answered all our questions that he could, both in person and through the phone, including walking us through the letting process. Very helpful and pleasant experience.

A great experience with Holly at the Hackney office! Big shout out to her and the team for helping my partner and I move into a rented home, after our own was damaged and now needs refurbishment!

Just leaving this review to say a massive thank you to James and his team at Hackney Stow brothers. Vics was absolutely fantastic and helped persuade me to buy the flat - I am glad I did. They were a pleasure to work with, quick to respond to my many,many questions and so helpful when really needed. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Stow Brothers is a great state agent, with fantastic properties and great people to give you andvice and accompany you in the process of viewing and buying a property. Never pushy (so many state agents are!) and always attentive to your needs. They are generous with their time and super quick to respond. A++++❤️❤️

We used Stow to sell our house in Hackney. From start to finish the service has been truly excellent. The communication, attention to detail and supportive approach made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. They also took absolutely wonderful pictures of our house. Renting a place can be so stressful, and it seems to be getting harder and harder.
