For my short-term use, this was perfect. The only storage company that does not have a minimum 'rental' period.
Check in was simple, facilities are clean and well maintained, with 24/7 access to your storage unit.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient service. Very good offers and prices. The fact that you don't need to pay an extra month's deposit or give notice of leaving is a refreshing change from other storage venues. Also, any refunds due are paid within stated timescales. Store First will be my go to choice should I need storage facilities in the future. Many thanks.

Terrible, requested to change bank details for payment, they said this was done, it wasn't done at all, they took 2 further payments from the wrong account, had to mess around calling the bank to recall the payment. Don't recommend

We understand you reached out via WhatsApp to update your card details. Our team did respond to confirm our Sunday opening hours (10 AM – 4 PM), and we’re open seven days a week to assist our customers. However, we did not receive any further communication regarding the card update.
As we didn’t receive confirmation or updated details, the existing card on file was charged to prevent any service disruption. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The staff are pleasant and really helpful. They gave me exactly the right unit and the fact I can ho there any tie is really useful. Also the fact there's somewhere to sit, relax and have a brew is great. Also it's very clean and tidy.
