All of the staff that have dealt with me have been, approachable, willing to help and always smiling.
Would have given 5 stars but I’ve literally just used for 1 week and so far so good.
Staff in Linwood made organising storage easy.

Fantastic staff and accessibility.
The Store staff are really great and helpful. The storage unit is accessible 24/7. Ive used other storage before that has set times and it makes organising difficult, especially when time is of the essence during moving house.

Great team and service
I have been back and forward using this company for around 7 years maybe more, they have a 1st class service there Paisley building is awesome and secure, and kept out of the rain with the massive canopy, Michael and kevin and the rest of the staff are always kind and courteous, there prices for the first year are always great and having the 12 weeks half price helps. But with all storage companies the price rises (hence why I said I move back and forward, but out of all the storage companies I’ve used, and I won’t mention the others Paisley store first is by far the best

First time using Store First Linwood.
Exceptional staff, service, facility and experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them for anyone looking for a storage solution.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating at every stage of the process.
Service can not be faulty. There were no issues but anytime I called the call was dealt with the upmost professionalism. I felt very confident that my belongings were well looked after and safe.
The facility can be accessed 24/7 anytime day or night and is kept immaculately clean. Anybody you met using the storage were all very friendly and helpful. The cost of storage also covered insurance, if anything unforseen were to happen to your belongings.
My experience was stress free and I felt reassured by the professionalism of the whole process.
