Five stars for the young lady at Huddersfield. Outstanding service and so polite

Excellent service all round. Friendly and helpful staff and great facilities. I have used two previous storage facilities before but Storage King is by far the best.
The staff even took the stress out of moving into a larger unit and went out of their way to help.
Very highly recommended.

Friendly helpful staff, great service

From my initial telephone enquiry, to site visit and eventually moving belongings into unit; staff professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. I'd like to highlight staff member Cat' particularly, who when after unloading I realised the unit I'd rented wasn't big enough, she went out of her way to give reassurance and assistance. Even handing out bottle of water as I was stressed out and dehydrated unpacking. Fantastic service!

Excellent customer service and the storage facilities are first class

A simple process,we'd already booked a unit but realised it might be a bit small so we asked if we could see the next size unit up,after checking one was available we were shown another unit that looked perfect we were then taken through the paperwork which was home utility bill,passport or driving licence & another contact number in case anything happened to your unit and they couldn't get hold of us.
After the paperwork we were given our unit number & code for the back entrance gate and door into the facility and that was that,in all took about half an hour.
Helpful staff explained everything from paperwork,insurance,opening times & contact numbers.

Great service all round. The facilities are excellent, clean, tidy, easy to access, lots of loading space, lifts work well & quickly, plenty of trolleys to use. Most importantly though is the staff; Cat and Brook, who are so helpful, obliging, friendly, and knowledgeable. I couldn't fault anything at all, and would recommend them to anyone.

Great overall experience. Had a stressful move over the Christmas period and the staff at the Huddersfield branch were very accommodating. Everyone was helpful from first contact and they managed to change our unit size upon request at quite short notice. The staff member that showed us around was great and helped us feel comfortable with how to use the building. Managed to cancel the unit with no issues at all after using it. Whenever I’ve needed help or contacted the branch, their responses have been immediate.
Will definitely use SK again if I require it.
