Excellent friendly service from Jose, getting me sorted both for home and work needs. The units are well organised and easy to access with a code, and I am now gradually filling up the unit with stuff that needs to go into storage until I sort my out my long term plans.

Jose and the whole experience was fantastic
I booked the Gloucester storage king from Newcastle. Everything was a breeze and Jose was fantastic over the phone. He made me feel at ease and made the whole booking process simple. He was there to greet us when we moved into the storage unit and showed us the whole process. Would recommend this place over any and I’m super happy!

I started looking for storage
I started looking for storage, and as soon as I first spoke with Will at Storage King, I felt looked after. Everything was explained in detail, and nothing was too much trouble & every question answered. Great price too, as we are long term storing.
Jose is like a book of information also, so we came away very happy and would have no doubt recommending Storage King to friends,family ar anyone trying to make up their mind. 👍🤗

Great Customer Service
The booking process was very simple and explained very clearly. The staff at Gloucester were extremely helpful and made 'moving in' with our storage items seamless and 'stress-free'. The checking-in and paperwork was easy to understand and was undertaken without problems.
In summary, a great experience with excellent customer service.
