I got a solid elm wood dining table, and the wood grain is just beautiful. It feels sturdy, like it'll last ages - plus, shipping was fast.

The Berti feather down sofa is here - the fabric's super soft and it looks great. I'm pleased with how comfy it is, just shipping took a bit longer than I hoped.

My new Kagan fabric sofa is fantastic! It's a perfect fit for my living room, and those feather-down cushions are so comfy. Shipping was quick, and it was easy to unpack.

Their showroom is lovely with lots of variety! We ended up ordering an Elm dining table and ten chairs. The staff gave us great tips about the table and chairs, and we're happy with our choice so far. Delivery was smooth too.

I ordered a dining table from this place. After 10 days of use the polish started coming off. I emailed them to complaint on 15th April and till today ie 26th April, no one got back to me, even though I send them a reminder email backed by a phone call. I feel so cheated that for a genuine complaint , this is how they treat a customer. Just look at the peeling polish from the dining table which I paid thousands for. Such poor treatment of a person. And even poorer product quality.

Long purchase process full of misleading information at the decision making process and Stockroom's selfish requests after decision making until delivery, without considering customer satisfaction.

Delivery time much longer than the guidance provided at the beginning. Required information for delivery was too long, less responsive and repetitive just protecting their benefits without any touch to customer benefits/rights. Product look is ok but the quality less than expected.

Urgent need for a professional in the Company that favors customer satisfaction.

I bought the Deacon solid wood TV cabinet, and it's exceeded my expectations. The wood quality is excellent, and it looks great in my living room. The price was very competitive for a such a high quality product.

Bought a sofa, we pre gave them the size of the lift which they approved.

They then delivered half a sofa fine. Then while delivering the other half of the sofa,
they managed to break down the lift and wanted us to pay an extra 300$ to take it up the stairs. Claiming the guards downstairs told them the lift was faulty already. How did they manage to get the first half up then if it was faulty??? Ridiculous. Never again would I buy from them. And reading reviews here and social media I now regret my decision. Also many of their 5 star Google reviews were written by staff and also by the owner (Ms. lam). Very unethical.

Please stay away with this shop. Scam company! The coffee table I got delivered doesn’t match the pictures on their website, some of the design detail is hidden. Instead of give me the right product, they said they would offer their legal team to me. Very disappointing experience!
