Can't recommend enough!

Absolutely couldn't recommend Stickythings enough. This was my first ever order for a range of product lables and Vicky went above and beyond to help make sure I got everything right.

And now that I have the final labels in hand, I can say that the results are incredible. Beautiful and really high quality.

Great service

I use sticky things regularly, the labels are always great quality and look really professional. Delivery is quick and well packaged. The design tool is a god send

Product is good but customer service lacking

2nd Update***
Again you dont know your own system, the 8th was a Wednesday so maybe that makes sense that your weekends last 5 days, which is why you are having issues with delivering orders in time... It seems it took 6 days to get the artwork approved and was sat in pending when I contacted you a week after ordering it because it was nowhere to be seen nor had the order moved forward.
Heed your own words and look at your failings when people have clearly not seen your 'massive banner' and the order process misleads people into when they are getting the order.
Had your customer services dept dealt with the enquiry without leaving me to feel that the order was in limbo and noone knew where it was, I wouldnt have had any issues. Which is why we are where we are now. I hope others see this as a warning

Following their lovely response below, this company shows no effort to recognise issues they create for themselves, thus i will decrease my rating further and state this... If something is 'unmissable' how have numerous people written reviews clearly either not having it displayed or it not being obvious enough.
That issue is your own as you assume something is working when it clearly isnt. Had it been unmissable and clear I wouldve avoided dealing with your business as to this day I am still wasting time arguing the small points with you and trying to tell you that something is wrong. Lets put this straight, I did not order from you to have to chase you up, waste a day stressing and trying to find alternatives because your lady, working from home or not, could not answer my issue in a way to reassure me the stickers would be made on time following the order being placed.

Point 2 - The lady who is handling customer services, again, working from home or not, couldve dealt with the matter better, this is a review on the service your business provides and how you handle such matters is ultimately your decision, but, a point to note here, do you not think if the lady had no information to come back with the better response initially would have been. Sorry but I cannot see where your order is at the moment, let me go and speak with them and ill give you a full response by the end of the day and let you know where your order stands.

Then lastly, to the fact it was done on time, you state 3-5 days now, your website showed me 48hours when I processed the order. Either way, I ordered on the 8th and the order got to us on 16th. Not on either of these timelines would that have been considered on time.

***Original Review***
We used the website based on being referred by a friend to help with custom labels for an upcoming exhibition. The whole website process was easy and following adding everything to the site we were faced with it telling me delivery timescales of 48 hours which suited us perfectly.

Roll on 6 days and the product hadnt turned up. I contacted customer services and was given the response to state that they are very busy and their are new delivery and production timescales on the site that over-ride anything I wouldve seen when making the order.
I explained that we wouldnt have ordered had we know they may not be produced in time for the show, but the lady responded with the response that they would try their best but could not guarantee that it would be produced and delivered in time that week or the following week as they are very busy.

I expressed how dis-satisfactory that response was as surely they would know where the order sat and have rough timescales of remaining time to complete the job and whether it could be completed before we attend the exhibition at the weekend or not at all, yet again was told they would try their best but couldnt guarantee anything.

Based on that I requested the job be refunded as I would need to now use a local print service that could provide the work next day. Was told they would not refund me as they were doing the job and the back and forth continued.

3 Hours later and towards the end of the day and after a series of non - helpful responses regarding refunds, the lady responded with an email stating the order was been approved, is going through X process and would be ready to send out the next day. I questioned how after a days worth of pointless messages back and forth she now had full access to information that had she provided at the start of the day wouldnt have caused the issues of us having to order the labels with another provider or wasted time and become distinctly unhappy with the level of service provided by this company.

When you read their most recent reviews you can see they are struggling with workload management but having put all these systems in place they could easily help themselves by actually using them to deliver information that will help them with their service they provide and stop stressing customers out with false information

2nd update.

The order came into us at 4:45pm (end of day) on the 8th.

It was put into production queue on the 10th at 10:54am.

It was dispatched on the 15th.

From the 9th to the 15th is 5 working days. Exactly as our service states.

I’ll quote the exact text below:

“Turnaround for vinyl labels is approximately 4-5 working days from proof approval.”

And….

“ If your order is urgent and not well within the times below, please do not order with us. We don’t want to have an argument of ‘he said she said’ etc when it comes to deadlines. We’re offering a service to the best of our current ability and it might not suit everyone during this unprecedented COVID period.

These turnaround times are a guide only, due to the current implications of COVID 19 we cannot promise any delivery date. This is because we simply do not know if staff will suddenly have to self isolate or arrange cover for children/family etc at a moments notice.”

To anyone reading this, add something to the shopping basket, go to the checkout and see if you miss the massive yellow notice?

Inside the notice, there is a link to the delivery schedule. Within the schedule is an approximate timescale. No guarantees.

Correct turnaround for vinyl labels is 4-5 working days from approval, until we dispatch. Clearly stated.

As Heidi mentioned, she ordered on the Saturday, we received on the Monday and dispatched on the Friday. Thats 5 working days. Exactly as stated in our service. Yet we receive a 1* review for doing what we say. Not only that, Vicky in support went to and fro with Heidi taking up even more time, simply because she didn’t read our service.

Like I mentioned, nobody takes account for their own mistakes anymore, always someone else’s fault.

Another person that didn’t read the highlighted information on the website, assumed they would get their order faster than everyone else’s and complains when they don’t get it, despite us prioritising it and getting it out in time.

If you choose to order with someone else that specifically offers next day print and delivery service before we confirm that the order is going out that day, that’s your own decision, not ours.

Vicky has been working from home, so access to where the jobs are on the press is not immediate. Once I told Vicky the job had been printed overnight & checked for quality, she was able to let you know immediately.

Look at the last negative review to realise the message/page/notification you also didn’t see. It’s there, nice and clear in a bright yellow box at every page of the checkout, right at the top. It’s “unmissable”.

You cannot ask us to do more than that.

Maybe one day people will take accountability for their own mistakes?

We would love to know where it states that you’ll get waterproof vinyl labels within 48 hours of ordering on our website too? Our standard turnaround is between 3-5 working days, has been for years.

If you can point that out, I’ll give you an instant refund.

Excellent service and brilliant product at the end

Excellent service and brilliant product at the end.
There was an issue with my order, but they were really quick to get in contact with me and let me know what I needed to do to sort it out. The communication from them was great.
Once I approved the proofs the delivery was really quick, and the quality of the stickers is brilliant.
It's exactly what I was looking for, and will definitely use them again.

The service was painfully slow and completely unprofessional

The service was painfully slow! A whole week to arrive!!! On the website I noticed next day delivery as I needed them urgently so that is false advertising! The waterproof labels are not amazing and not very waterproof either!
I have asked for an invoice and still have not received one!
Terrible experience from start to finish so won't be ordering from here again and wont recommend to anyone either!

After receiving the following reply from you that I have have copied and pasted at the end of this..... All I can say is WOW??? How rude and totally unprofessional! Im entitled to my opinion on your product and service and isn't it great you dont receive to many negative reviews, because if you reply to everyone like that, you wouldn't have a business. Instead of being rude to the "few" that leave you a negative comment, it may be worth looking at how you take it on the chin and just apologise that I didn't find the experience good.. Im shocked by your response! In no way professional!!

1. We state very clearly on EVERY page of the checkout process to look at our delivery schedule. It states on there the following:

"The turnaround is from when you approve your order to the point it is dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. All UK mainland orders are dispatched on a next day service ONCE produced.

If your order is urgent and not well within the times below, please do not order with us. We don’t want to have an argument of ‘he said she said’ etc when it comes to deadlines. We’re offering a service to the best of our current ability and it might not suit everyone during this unprecedented COVID period."

Following so far? I hope so as this explains why we are not "False Advertising" of which you have publicly accused us.

2. You mention the labels are not "very" waterproof? Can you explain to me how a plastic vinyl label (inherently waterproof) is not "very" waterproof? Is it only slightly waterproof? I simply don't get it. By the way, we've produced millions of these on the exact same material and had not one complaint about them being not waterproof since 2007.

3. If you login to your account and read items on the page, you'll see that you can download your invoice, now that it's been dispatched.

To other clients, you may look at this reply as passive aggressive, it is. We've had enough of clients like these. They're few and far between but they're always the ones to leave a negative review. The frustrating part, we produce hundreds of orders weekly, however positive experiences rarely leave a review, negative ones 100% of the time leave a review. It's so disproportionate and we pay over £1k a year for the privilege of being on the review platform to gain important customer feedback.

Don't think for a minute that we deal with all our clients like this though, only the ones who accuse us of fraud in a public space, all because they failed to read the information we clearly provide. We don't take accusations of fraud lying down, nobody should.

We offer our clients great customer service, currently through our support ticket system with responses Mon-Friday within a couple of hours. We happily reprint orders if there are issues, or refund where appropriate.

We offer a completely honest service and that goes both ways, hence the other 1000+ 5* reviews.

I ordered 2 types of labels and I was…

I ordered 2 types of labels and I was extremely please with both.
They came out exactly as I had expected and seen on screen.
I would have preferred them on a roll if that had been an option but that is just me being picky.
I will be back once I have run out!!
Very reasonably priced and fast delivery.
Great!!

Highly recommended such an amazing team

Everything that could go wrong with my order did go wrong. A system update lost my designs so I had to redo them. I then received the wrong quantities of my designs.
I believe you learn A lot more about a business when things go wrong than when they are just normal and Sticky Things were PERFECT. Vicky communicated with me professionally and the team moved heaven and earth to get my order sorted out for me. They got the right labels out to me which looked and worked great as usual and even threw in some extras because I had to wait for the order to be fixed. I was 100% happy with my dealings with them. They work so hard from the minute you place an order to when you receive it for a brilliant price. I won't use anyone else. I'm always happy with my orders but when things went wrong this time they really stepped up to make it right. I highly recommend them to anyone. The design suite is so easy to use and the label quality is fantastic.

These guys are seriously amazing!
Wanted labels for home brew that we had done for our wedding and was a bit of a last minute order and they turned it around so quickly.
Labels were incredible.
