Condescending and Rude
Placed a really big order, which was apparently flagged as suspicious, got an email to confirm my identity, which I promptly did. Was then later informed my order was cancelled and I needed to wait 10 business days for a refund and that I could place another order if I wanted to. More upsetting than waiting 10’days for my money back is the way they worded the cancellation email, talked to me like I was a criminal, condescending and rude.

I’m sorry to hear that your experience with us was disappointing. To clarify, your order was automatically flagged as high-risk by Shopify’s fraud analysis system.
Several factors contributed to this:
- The order was placed from South Africa but set to ship to a forwarding address in London.
- The company information entered could not be verified
- Payment came from a Virtual card linked to a Virtual office provider.
- The order itself was for the maximum quantity of most of our supplies products which came across suspicious.
All of these red flags meant we were left with no safe option other than to cancel and refund the order immediately. This is not a judgement on you personally, it’s a process we’re required to follow to protect both customers and our business from any potential fraudulent transaction.
We offered you the option to place the order with a standard issued bank card and with shipping direct to South Africa but you refused.
Your refund is already being processed and will be returned within the standard 10 business days via your original payment method. I do apologise if our cancellation email sounded harsh. We’ll be reviewing the wording so future communication is clearer and more considerate.
We appreciate the time you took to leave feedback, and I regret the frustration this situation caused.
Fabulous quality Products

The quality is fantastic, the paper holds the ink very well and gives clear and crisp labels that are perfect for the new and elevated branding of our candle business. I will be placing a larger order very soon.

Great quality stickers as always
Great quality stickers as always! I love the matte finish, i have recieved lots of compliments about how expensive the quality feels which is great!
My recent order was accidentally made with the shiny finish but this rectified and i had the correct stickers within 24 hours which was amazing as these were needed for an event! Went above and beyond to make sure i had the right product! :)
Thanks as always for great quality stickers! I am tempted to give the glitter finish ago next!

Good quality sticker laminate
Started using these guys for sticker laminate a few months ago and they hold up really well! Special effects laminate always looks fantastic. Fast shipping too, would reccomend.

I just received my magnetic bookmarks from Stickiply, and I’m already obsessed! The packaging was neat and thoughtful, and the bookmarks themselves are even cuter in person. The designs are vibrant, unique, and printed on high-quality material.
I tried one out right away, and the magnets are surprisingly strong without being bulky. They clip onto the page perfectly and don’t slip or fall out. Totally impressed. Can’t wait to order more!
