Correcting my ordering error.
After I made an ordering error Stickers International helped me correct it without charge. In fact they went beyond what I ordered and printed more Stickers which is brilliant. I will be definitely be returning for my next sticker order.

Unfortunately the incorrect colours were applied to the sticker due to a lack of communication. A photograph of the required sticker was sent but not applied.

Following our recent conversation, we have reviewed our records and can confirm that we did receive your additional emails relating to amendments and further instructions for your order. Unfortunately, due to an oversight within our Customer Service Department, these instructions were not acted upon. As a result, the stickers produced and supplied were based on the information available to us at the time and, consequently, were not what you had expected to receive.

Excellent service
Found this company a few years ago. used the design section to produce a draft of the sticker required. Placed a order and the Quality was excellent, just as expected. Delivered within a few days of ordering and packaged in a strong envelope so stickers are well protected. Highly recommend this company and will use again next year.
