Many thanks for taking the time to write a review following your recent order with Stickers International. We genuinely appreciate all customer feedback, as it helps us to continually improve both our products and the service we provide.

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the problems you experienced with your order. We completely understand how frustrating it is when a delivery does not arrive as expected, particularly when you are relying on it to arrive on time.

Having investigated your order, we can confirm that it was dispatched a day earlier than originally scheduled, ensuring it left our warehouse as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the delay occurred while the parcel was with FedEx, and was therefore outside of our direct control. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate the disappointment this resulted in.

Following your conversation with our Customer Service team, we were pleased to offer either a full refund or a free-of-charge replacement to resolve the matter. As requested, we can confirm that a full refund has now been processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, please allow a few working days for the funds to appear in your account.

We have also shared your feedback with FedEx so they are aware of the issues you encountered. We work closely with our courier partners and take delivery performance very seriously, as we want every customer to receive the high level of service they expect from Stickers International.

Once again, we are truly sorry that your experience did not meet the standards we strive to achieve. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review following your recent order with Stickers International.

Firstly, we are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We always aim to provide a high level of service, so it's disappointing for us to learn when a customer feels we haven't met their expectations.

Having looked into your order in detail, we can see that it was placed online late on Friday 19th June using our standard 3–5 working day production service with Royal Mail delivery. As our production team operates Monday to Friday, the processing of your order began on the next working day.

Following your conversation with our Customer Service team, we ensured that your order was prioritised within the selected service and dispatched on the fifth working day, which was in line with the turnaround time advertised when the order was placed. We also upgraded your delivery service at no additional cost as a gesture of goodwill, in the hope that this would help your order reach you as quickly as possible.

We completely understand that when you're waiting for an order, particularly if it's needed for a specific date, it can feel frustrating if it doesn't arrive as soon as you'd hoped. However, based on the service selected at the time of purchase, we fulfilled and dispatched your order within the agreed production timeframe.

We genuinely value all customer feedback, as it helps us review both our processes and the information we provide. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, even though we delivered the order within the timescales advertised.
