I recently purchased items for our son’s 1955 Ford 600. All questions were answered with expertise and all efforts were made to ensure that we received what we needed. I ordered a front axle support pin and front pivot bushing and a thrust bearing for my 46 2n ford tractor and in the parts diagram shown with the part number abc151 can be used as a spacer that goes in the front axle and fits over the pivot pin but the part that I received does not slide on the pivot pin at all

Ordered a part which did not fit my tractor. Don’t know if it was my fault or lack of description. I had to return the part and had an issue with getting an RMA number. When their team found out I was having issues getting an RMA, they went above and beyond to get my part returned. My summary: They absolutely care for their customers!!

I like to find the part in the catalogue and place the Order. I phone Steiner tell them what I think I want and it arrives in what I think is reasonable amount of time.
No hassle. No problems.

Only two days after order placed my part arrived.

I paid $90 for expedited shipping and waited 3 weeks and never got the part. They asked me to wait another week but still nothing. Finally they sent another part and I got it 2 weeks later... 6 weeks total for a handful of gaskets. I finally got their original package and of course they called me ASAP asking me to ship it back - which I did the next day. I asked if they would refund the expedited shipping at least they said no. Definitely would take my business elsewhere next time. Poor customer service to say the least.

Sent the wrong part. Ordered a Carburetor Rebuild Kit instead got the starter button.😖

I ordered an oil pressure gauge and oil line kit for my 1955 Ferguson to-35 tractor. The service and was great. The trouble is the fittings for the oil line are metric. The threads on the gauge are standard and the threads in the block for the oil line connection are standard.

Shipping time is fast. Returns are very time consuming and complicated. Called for a return authorization number,which is required on form , plus two other numbers( customer # and packing slip#) and I am still waiting on a call for my return authorization number.Time is money would not use Steiner again.
