Thanks for your review Steven, we try to keep the carriage costs as low as possible, but we have to use couriers who look after the goods, we have had issues in the past with other carriers.

the only option
got some panels for my Hillman Imp. Pretty expensive (like £350 for two repair panels for the rear wing) but as there is a small market and no competitors they presumably have to charge a lot but possibly can charge whatever they want.
My new panels are covered in rust already despite being inside my garage.
You'd think for the price they charge there could be some sort of rustproofing on them to protect the panels in storage
The shape is good but I feel like possibly the wing repair panels are a touch over-size.
Like in the old days repair panels were made to go on top of the original bodywork but in these days of restoration that is a no-no and new parts need to be butt-welded in place of the original

Thank you for your review Graham, we are currently doing our best to lower our prices however as our panels are all hand finished there is a lot of time and labour that goes into them making it difficult to bring costs down. We are hoping some new, more efficient manufacturing processes we have begun will be able to do this for us.
Due to health and safety, we don't coat our panels in anything as it can be a hazard when welding by releasing toxic fumes. If panels are going to be sat for a while, some customers will coat the panels themselves to preserve them as the metal will inadvertently rust.
We hope the panels aid your restoration to keep another beautiful Imp on the road!
