Just waste of money. From beginnig to end it is big disaster. Although the property paid they ask for extra money. They have wortless portakal which doesnt work for security issues. The staff are rede and arrogant. Both of them. Although I made 2 bedroom house they gave me 1 bedroom and continue their poor attitude. They ask for deposit for dirty bed sheets and outrageous property! The staff try to give lesson to use their wortless system to their guest with arrogant manner! They dont know what hospitality mean!

Absolutely awful customer service. I booked an apartment for my group to stay in. After booking I received a message to say there was a minimum age of 25 & a damage deposit of £500. Neither of which was CLEARLY listed in the booking description before payment was taken. I wrote to customer service complaining about these issues & requested a full refund and they refused. The lady on the phone was extremely rude towards me & was laughing and when I asked if I could have a refund she said no as it was non refundable which is fair enough but the rules weren’t listed before I paid so I thought it is only fair to have a refund on a service I’m not using . So I was expecting a refund. Now I’ve lost out on £123.33 on a booking I never stayed in. I asked if I could get out of the deposit and again refused. So I had no choice but to book else where and pay even more money. I’ve contacted my bank about this issue & are now waiting for them to reimburse my money. Also have taken a look at my bank statement again & they have tried to take more money out! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will scam you!!

You will be more comfortable sleeping under Waterloo bridge. They have apartment under stay in they are all run by these scammers

Disgusting Customer service, can’t take or deal with customers' uncomfortable situations, speak over and top on, late reply both email and phone for a reservation. The apartment is far from clean, and carpet, sofa still has lot of dust. Cockroaches both alive and died on the floor! DIRTY AND OLD. Not as photos.

WIFI IS NOT WORKING! They provided the wifi that don’t appeared on any of my devices, I try to contact them many times after moving in and NO REPLY. Not like an advertisement image at all!!

They will only tell you the full CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT £750, which over the reservation price!, once you've PAID!

The security deposit should have been highlighted prior to booking and NOT after the booking has made! LIKE the PREVIOUS COMMENT SAYS, “The property itself had no front desk, and several rubbish bags piled up outside the front door.”

AVOID !!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS !!!! THEY DIDNT GIVE A … AFTER U PAID!

Now already more 7 working days they didn’t reply me back and didn’t update anything about the refund !!!

Bunch of scammers who will ask for £1500 damage deposit to be wired to their bank account before entering the property. They will also swear at you and shout racist insults at you.

Stay away from this company.

TERRIBLE all round. Misleading right from the booking, they will only tell you the full criteria of the place once you've paid for it. They contacted me last minute from another businesses email requesting my details?!? When I called to speak to customer service to try and resolve the issue they wouldn't let me speak or spoke over me, then hung up and blocked my number. refusing me any help they just gave me an email address which i had to call back later that day to get from a different number to obtain. they refused to give me a refund although I never used the apartment nor did they give me access. The property its self had no front desk and several rubbish bags piled up outside the front door. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCAMMERS

Booked via Booking.com, they are trading as 'Stay Inn Apartments'. To summarise, they are shysters. Misleading information on the listing saying that 'Children of all ages Welcome', then later in the fine print only those under 16 and over 25 can stay in the apartment. i.e. Children aged 16 & 17 are not welcome. Pointed out this misleading info to both parties and each denied responsibility. Refused point plank to refund my money. I spoke to Stay Inn Apartments several times any found them to be highly unprofessional, just talked over the top of me the whole time, even when I said 'May I please speak now', they replied 'Yes' and as soon as I opened my mouth they begain to talk over the top of me again and hung up the call. Disgusted. Threatened to report them to trading standards and take them both to court. After this, they refunded the reservation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
