Disappointing experience - worse than available alternatives
Booking experience was a bit more complicated than it needed to be, but in the end it worked so I will not focus on that.
The main reason I give them a 2 star review is that after taking your money (not a cheap service) they have a very poor customer service. If support is needed in the flat for any service that's not working they do not promptly reply nor give you solutions. You are basically left to solve any issues on your own.
After the saty is over, they have a rather shady process for refunding your deposit, keeping it for long periods of time without a reason and not replying to requests for payment.
On top of this all, they refuse to give you a receipt for the stay, even after multiple emails clearly requesting them.
If you are in dire need of housing and need a "quick and dirty" solution then sure, this will provide you somewhere to sleep. But I highly discourage anyone from booking their services as they are unprofessional and will give you more problems than solutions.
