Always happy with my orders.
Always received them promptly, based in the UK. Great prices and the products are good quality. Been using this company for years now. Not sure why the bad reviews as my experience has been great.

Everything is wrong, starting from not responding to their emails. I ordered three different products from this company, which I never received, but it says delivered. I have emailed them two times; nobody responds. I think it's a bad idea to order products from them.

Scam of a company.

I’ve been waiting almost two weeks now for my order. I really wish I had read the rest of these reviews before buying as I can see they have a pattern of taking money and not sending their deliveries out.

They do not respond to emails you send. Royal Mail have said for over a week now that they have advised they have sent the order yet Royal Mail still have no record of this.

Once it reaches the 14 day period I can then contact my bank to step in and dispute this scam of a company and get my money back.

Avoid if you don’t like throwing money down the drain.

I’m very happy with SR-Skincare products – they are high quality, work wonderfully, and fully met my expectations. The customer service is absolutely excellent – communication with the company was fast and professional. Although there was a small mistake with one item in my order, the company responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly. Thank you for the outstanding service and customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Please report this company to trading standards for taking customers' money and not sending their goods.

Had to pay double VAT due missing information of the code.

I've been using SR Skincare for a couple of years now and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them. I've always received first class service and personal attention from them. Nothing is too much trouble and the quality and price are very good. Order with confidence, they're a family business and they really care about their customers.

They are all very good products, the packaging is not great but what's inside really matters and it's just great. It's an affordable professional skincare.

Ordered a morphe palette which arrived smashed so I contacted support to be told they’ll send me another and they didn’t 2 weeks later so I followed up and was ignored. Thieves! Do not purchase from here.

I have been looking for cosmetics grade ingredients (specifically hyaluronic acid powder) for a while on google, the first purchase I made was on amazon & it came in a blue tub of 15g it had all the information on the label & it cost £38, since this was quite expensive for so little product I continued to search finding the formulary.co.uk (also known as Sr skincare in Liverpool) I need to ask if anyone can verify the any of the products they sell (especially hyaluronic acid powder) I'm worried they may be fake & I spent £88 on 50g I tried to get a chemist to verify it but it needs to go to a lab to be tested, either that or be sent back.

I bought GHK Copper Peptide Serum from them, it was suspicious from the start as copper peptide was stated as first ingredient even before water, which is impossible. It is very light blue, which means there’s very little copper in it. And it left me with irritation and redness.
I tried leaving a review on their website, but they didn’t publish it. Which makes me think they publish only good reviews.
I also bought niacinamide serum, no irritation, but it feels like soap and leaves a white foam on your face…
Very disappointed.

Had to escalate my case to pay pal to get my refund. Customer service is terrible, no regular response to your emails etc. I am an online seller as well and can't even imagine to treat my customer like that.
Very dissapointed with this company as I think the products are top class. Will never buy again.

I was worried after reading all the negative reviews, but the delivery was quick. Products are surprisingly good quality; I had found at last perfect serum and lotion for my facial routine. I see a difference already, I just using for few days.

Really like these guys for price, quality,knowledge and service. Have tried many of their products over the years and have never been disappointed. Good stuff simple but effective.

Love their products! Only nice ingredients that really makes wonders for my skin. Never had any problems with not getting what I ordered. Five stars from me. :)

Please be careful when ordering from here, they send you the bottle that theyve made themselves with no silver protection ( so anyone could add anything to it), the gel is watery and leaks everywhere. They sent me a package with no instructions( not very safe seeing as Im using acids) and they do not respond to emails.

Like other reviewers, I was wary about ordering - but recieved my order, although a bit late due to covid. I understand some other customers have had bad experiences but I personally wouldn't hesitate to order again, especially as they have such a large choice or products.

Having purchased good products before now I had no reason to believe there would be a problem. Ordered in June, as they said they were 'open', took my money and not delivered, along with quite a few more people's orders it would seem. Not answering to phone calls, emails or FB messages. Very disappointed. Do not order unless you have money to loose...
