Emma was incredibly quick to respond to my query, replying with detailed information that was also well explained and easy to understand, sorting the issue faced and leaving me satisfied that the situation was at hand and being dealt with promptly and properly.

Driver let you down, delivered a day late as apparently "no one home" on the 1st attempt.
Since requested samples and pending a response as willing to give the company another chance.

I sent an email to the general enquiry email address and within 10 minutes I had an response back. Less than an hour and half later I was sent up with a new username and password and my order placed.
