Great Service, disappointed with choice of quantity
Great service and delivery was on time. I was disappointed that I was only given the choice on this occasion of ordering three boxes of the product when I have ordered one in the past

With regards to the MOQ set on 140005 SKU, we have had to review sustainability and delivery for this item due to the boxes measuring over 2 metres long.

Thank you for your review and the feedback you have provided.
We offer free delivery on any orders above £200 and can offer a collection option if you are local to us. We are currently awaiting an addition to our website for this option, then it will automatically remove the carriage charge but for now we arrange this case by case.
Your delivery method would depend on your location as we have our own fleet of vehicles which deliver locally, and we use couriers for locations outside of this. Whichever method is being used, the charge would just remain at £15 on orders below £200.
If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to call me on 01905 457000. I do hope we can help you in future, I am aware on the smaller/ lower value orders this can seem steep but we are always working to keep things fair and help our customers as much as possible.

Low moral supplier
We’ve been using Springpack for several years and recently discovered we’ve been overcharged for a specific product over an extended period. When we raised this with them and provided clear evidence, they showed no willingness to resolve or even properly engage with the issue.
This wasn’t a one-off mistake — it was a repeated overcharge that went unnoticed for some time. The lack of accountability and refusal to take any corrective action is extremely disappointing, especially from a supplier we trusted.
If you’re working with Springpack, check your pricing and invoices carefully. Based on our experience, they are not willing to put things right, even when the facts are clear.
