fine is fine i guess
while the customer service aspect was fine, i would think that fine, by today's standards, is not that great. My order was not as it was to be. The original order was confused and i essentially did not get what i was expecting to get. I'm told a credit will come my way...but we will see. I would probably use them again though. I can accept that things don't always go the way we hope.

Thank you for your review, I am aware of the shipping mix up it is unfortunate and thankfully these problems do not occur often. However in saying that it does not resolve your issue, we did have a man who attempted to pick up the wrong parts but we could not get a return phone call so we were unable to make the switch. I understand that you have now rigged the system so that it is working but yes you are still owned a credit for the target border which sales is in the process of generating.
