Sport Systems Anmeldelser

Recieved informed details on the product requested from the sales staff..How to consider matching previous purchases and meeting revised specifications.

Quite happy with the mat purchase - delivery was somewhat delayed, perhaps not surprising considering what a mess logistics are.

Customer service was great thus far, prompt with their feedback and support. Would love to give 5 stars but I will await until I receive the product.

The staff were very helpful in taking our order. The shipment of padding that we requested, arrived quicker than expected.
The material is high quality and fit exactly as we had hoped
Thank you

Service was great ! Amazing and helpful people to work with. Availability of product and fast delivery

I worked with Shannon.
Right off the bat I asked a question in their live chat feature.
Shannon helped me navigate finding a volleyball net for my property, and sent me a quote within the same day.
Prices were competitive with others.
Very happy!

All around a very good experience from a quick reply to my first request to the final finished product. The first conversation went very well explained what we could do and the quote reflected that. Once we confirmed the order and manufacturing was complete we had it picked up and delivered to our site. The next week the installation crew arrived and completed the project in very cold conditions. The Napan Agricultural Show are very impressed with how wonderful our new bleachers turned out. We would like to thank Sport Systems from the sales team to install crew for a job well done.

Perfect crash mat for an amazing price. This is being used at our judo club and it’s perfect. Dealing with Sport System has been great. Fast responses and very helpful. Delivery was crazy fast. The company said it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver, but the May arrived in 2 weeks.

Products arrived on time and exactly as described at the time of placing the order.

I wish I would have known ahead of time that ALL mats are produced only when ordered. Based on the website it sounded like only custom mats or specialty colours were made to order.

I did also get an email from a manager letting me know it was on its way (as a response to a previous email I sent) to which was nice but I never got an actual email from the company with a tracking number for it.

Mat arrived quickly though and is excellent quality.

Great service. Thanks.

Process was easy and product arrived on schedule.

As always, the work was done on time and very well done. Many thanks to Kevin, Lisa and Sebastian for their professional work and friendly assistance.

The online chat was very efficient. No lengthy wait times or phone tag scenarios because I needed to be in class. When I heard that my order wasn't in stock, I was concerned about the waiting time. Within a week my order arrived at school and I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks

Thank you! Kevin and team were excellent. Responsive and always quick with details and solutions.

Excellent service. just the one I was looking for. installed it in 10 minutes. It was great receiving the bolts also. Will be purchasing a couple more next week. Thanks for the fast service.

We needed new benches in a hurry. Sports Systems was immediately responsive to the request with a quote and eta. Order went in and the items were delivered with time to spare! Excellent customer service.

Bought a pole fitness crash mat, great customer service after a bit of a rough start. I wanted to learn more about how their mats were made and what kind of safety protocols were in place to protect the workers from workplace hazards, and initially reached out over chat on their website. The rep didn't immediately know and said she'd get back to me, but I never heard back. I decided to call their office and had a good conversation with the rep there, who answered all my questions satisfactorily. All my other interactions with reps, from the person who texted me a discount code to the one who arranged customs paperwork, have been very responsive and professional.

As to the mat itself, I'm very pleased. Came in packaging without single-use plastic, which is very important to me, and is just what I was looking for: sturdy, folds up easily, easy to wipe down, very firm foam. Looking forward to using this mat for years to come, and the prices are excellent!

Since 2018, we have bought 4 sets of bleachers and 8 sets of players benches for our baseball field. Great product and service. Thank you.
