I had a visit today from Roshan at Sports Equipment engineering Ltd
to look at a fault I had with my Nordic track.

He was very professional and polite and educating in the faults that occurred as well as the upkeep for my machine moving forward.

Very efficient, professional and friendly visit today from Roshan to fix and service our aging Nordic track cross trainer. Left it as good as new! Thoroughly recommend.

Roshan The Engineer came out to fix a grinding & crunching noise that was coming from the pedal crank area whilst peddling on our Nordic Track X24 cycle. He immediately diagnosed the problem as being the bottom bracket. His diagnosis was spot on as after some difficulties removing the bottom bracket it was obvious once out that the bearings had failed. He replaced the part and reassembled the machine and bike then ran perfectly. Throughout the visit his service was absolutely exemplary. Thoroughly impressed with this engineers level of knowledge and expertise. Well done and many thanks Roshan.
