HORRIBLE company, so not buy from them if you're wanting to get a project started within 2 months. I've tried 2 different times to order samples and it takes nearly FOUR WEEKS just to ship a little 1x2 sample?!?! and then they won't do anything to help, just say you need to cancel before we ship or wait another 2 weeks. The tracking is even valid so I don't think they've even shipped it. Honestly the worst company

I bought 1m of cotton lawn - it's very thin and they've cheaped out on the length/width, knocking off 2-4cm on both. I might sound petty, but it did cost £35 (for 1m of cotton!!) so at least I wanted to get what I paid for. Don't go for spoonflower- they have a huge range of fabric patterns but the quality is shocking

Thin was the wrong word - I don't mind thin fabrics, the issue is the fabric feels like crepe paper and creases just as easily, it barely feels like fabric
Again, the wide selvage is not the issue - it's the fact that you digitally print the fabric so the fact that there's less fabric than advertised means you deliberately print it that way. You can't be overpriced, poor quality and skimpy on cut - pick a struggle

Spoonflower has great commercial wallpaper which is difficult to find and several grades of upholstery fabric. Their customer service team replies promptly. We had an issue and it was resolved. Thank you Spoonflower.

Fabric is fantastic! Made a baby blanket with one of the Minky prints and made a pillow cover to match for the nursery (also made a doll blanket and pillow for our 3 year old granddaughter so that her baby would have the same color blanket and pillow as her new brother when he arrives). Great customer service too.

Spoonflower makes quality custom products. When I ordered after my original order and the fabrics didn't match they gave me a credit which wasnt required. When I needed to reorder, I had trouble with their chat bot, but a real person reviewed my inquiry within hours and provided me clear instructions as how to locate my prior fabric choices and purchase my custom bedding.

I've ordered from Spoonflower many times. The selection is impossible to beat, and I've been very pleased with the quality of several types of fabrics as well as their wallpaper. I recently had a flawed order (first time), and Spoonflower's customer service was on it in no time and sent me new fabric. If you like having seemingly endless choices and great customer service, Spoonflower is for you!

I have received my 2 orders of 5 pieces of fabric. All are beautiful! Exactly as picture on website. They all washed beautifully and are now ready to start my quilting project. A few concerns, mostly as an inexperienced Spoonflower shopper~the fabrics are beautifully printed, however, width is about 1/2 inch narrow~36" print is only 35.5" and length is also short about a half inch on all 5 pieces. This might be an issue if you are being economical on your quantity. Also, I purchased a 1 yard of 116" wide, instead of 3yards of 36, as more cost effective, however, the fabric is directional, so it might make a difference on another project but will be acceptable for current project. Lesson learned. All in all, great quality, and I am very happy with my purchase! Also, in spite of the terrible weather, my order was delivered pretty much as expected. Kudos on that feat!

I have just started a new biz. Decided to go with Spoonflower fabrics due to their excellent selection of various types of fabrics, special discounts, and excellent customer service. One of their CSR’s was most helpful when one major shipping company dropped the ball.

When you pay extra for guaranteed shipping, it should give you a guaranteed ARRIVAL date, not ship-out date, as that's how every other retailer works and guaranteeing the date of shipping is naturally confusing. Ordered something that had guaranteed shipping for January 29th and thought that meant it would be here then, but I was sorely mistaken, as it barely shipped out the day before. Why even spend extra?

Questions are always answered in a timely fashion!! The fabric prints you buy and sew with won’t be seen in your neighbors’ houses. What I mean is this - their patterns are very unique and one- of - a -kind.. I have sold several houses using their fabrics in bedding and window treatments and always get wonderful showings!!

I’ve ordered from Spoonflower several times but will never use them again. The wallpapers were expensive but OK. Of the 4 fabrics I’ve ordered from them (I know, it took 4 times!) I’ve never used any of them. The first 3, I just sucked it up because they do not honor returns and I knew that. This last time, I was hopeful (obviously) that their fabric description was accurate. IT WAS NOT! What they call velvet has NO upright nap, it just lays flat. It was NOT velvet. After trying to reason with their “customer service” all I received were arguments about how I was wrong. I had planned to upholster an antique chair. I wouldn’t even use this cheap piece of crap on a pillow. Despite being a repeat customer, their policy is to tell you to “suck it”.

I had purchased a piece of fabric last year. I wanted to use it in a baby quilt but I couldn’t be sure of the shade of blush pink used in the fabric. I contacted Spoonflower for advice. They asked for a pic of the fabric and I was so pleased with the results. Within 24 hours I was sent by email several types of patterns and ordered what I needed. I can’t tell you how easy it was, how great full I was for the quick service and I will always be a return customer to Spoonflower. Plus the fabric is such great quality.

Prepasted is the best wallpaper for DIYers, so easy to put up and take down. I also love Organic Cotton Sateen for quilting, and all the Linen options for apparel. I can't stop buying tea towels and throw pillows - it's a problem!

I ordered over the weekend and had to change my order. Unfortunately, they were closed and I couldn't get through to anyone. I did, however, leave an email message. The morning they opened, I received an email and my issue was resolved! Great selection, GREAT customer service! I WILL DEFINITELY use this company again.
