Abhorrent people.
Cowboy company. They cut corners when selling cars, lie, ignore phone calls and sell unsafe vehicles. The car I was sold has multiple issues. They sold me a car that is being held up by zip ties underneath. I made many requests for repairs but was lied to. Even a simple job of fixing a horn when they were supposed to do it before they gave me the car, it is still not done.

Pressure you into writing a good review before you leave with the car.
Purchased a vehicle and had to bring it back within 5 minutes, given a courtesy car whilst repairs were being done but was never given a time scale for when the work would be completed. Over the weekend I’d managed to speak with a few people who had purchased cars from this company and every single person advised me to run. I got in contact with spirit to let them know I wasn’t going ahead with the purchase and I would like my part ex back along with the rest of my deposit money but Sani then tried to pressure me into keeping the car telling me there’s nothing wrong with it and it was a minor repair and he’s provided me with a complimentary 12 months warranty, which if you read reviews and speak with people you’ll know it isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. After explaining again I did not want the car I was informed my part ex had been taken to Leigh and they’re unsure if they can get it back, my job depends on a car but Sani thought this was ok because I still have the courtesy car anyway. I am in utter disbelief at the way I was spoken to over the phone and never have I experienced such little to non existent customer service from a company in my life.
I will continue to post my experience until this situation is resolved and I have my part ex back along with the rest of the deposit money OR the full deposit money back if I can’t get my part ex.
It’s only a matter of time before these scammers are closed down for good and I will take any legal route needed if necessary.
Companies like this should never under estimate the power of social media as it took me under 15 minutes to contact 3 different people who had purchased a car from this place so I can only imagine if this was shared far and wide just how many people would come out of the woodwork with the same experience.

Excellent service
I had a really good experience with the company. I dealt mainly with Amir who was brilliant, very helpful, made sure everything was right with the car and i was happy with the service. The manager was also very nice on the phone and in person, gave me a deal i was happy with and overall cannot fault them. Happy with the car, so far no problems.

Really friendly staff who go the extra mile for you .. had a small issue with the car I purchased and called them and spoke to Mohammed who went out of his way to make sure all issues were dealt with and rectified. Cannot fault the whole team who are really friendly and helpful… good job guys (and girls) 👍

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, sold us a car with a radio that wasnt working, told us to book it in with there auto electrician who said he couldn't fix it and then told us they wouldn't replace it, we paid over the odds for the car and it needed a timing belt, 3 tyres and body work repair that they agreed to do but did a piss poor job as the paint doesn't match, argument for not replacing the radio was because there was this made up hidden cost of a safety check (never heard such a thing) that they did free of charge, they even got that wrong because there was two MOT failure faults on it. I'm glad this is just a temporary 18 month car because when we are ready to get a newer more expensive car at least we won't be fooled by these con men, we've already sussed them out.
