Nach Umsetzung des eines bonus, würde ich von 150€ auf 50€ reduziert.
Noch dreister ist, während der bonus aktiv war gab es freispiele und Gewinne, wo der bonus umgesetzt war und ohne Bonus weiter Spiele mit den herabgesetzten 50€ kam nichtmehr 1 freispiel zustande und die Gewinne lagen alle unter dem Einsatz, reiner Betrug diese Seite.

Einige Zeit spielte ich in diesem Casino. Kleinere Beträge wurden reibungslos ausgezahlt.
An einem Tag habe ich eine kleine Summe eingezahlt und gewann über 7500 Euro. Da war die Freude schnell verblasst als ich meinen Gewinn auszahlen wollte.
Der Support schrieb mich an und erlangte einen Nachweis für meine Einzahlung von Tag x und Uhrzeit x.
Nachdem ich alle Kto Auszüge der 14 Tage eingereicht habe. wollte der Support nicht auszahlen.
Immer wieder suchte ich eine Lösung für dieses Problem. Leider konnte der Support nie anders reagieren als auf diese Einzashlung zu bestehen.
Ob dieses Datum überhaupt existiert bezweifele ich.
Denn nie zuvor habe ich ähnliches in anderen Casinos erlebt. Der Support ist meiner Meinung nach sehr schlecht und scheint auch unabhängig vom Casino zu sein. Denn die Email hatte nichts mit dem Casino zu tun. ALs wäre es ein separates Unternehmen. ALles sehr kurios.
Am Ende war ich sehr frustriert und bat den Support meine Daten zu löschen und mir zukünftig nie wieder Pot oder Werbung zu senden.
Unverschämter Weise bekomme ich sellbst heute noch Post, Emails oder SMS:
Darum mein Rat. Finger weg von diesem Casino.
Spielen ja. Gewinne auszahlen leider nein.
Ich jedenfalls werde dieses Casino meiden und in meinem Freundeskreis niemals eine Empfehlung für dieses Casino aussprechen.

They are a scam site. I waggered a bonus and manged to come out with a profit that i wanted to withdrawl. So I did everything they asked me to do, the usual KYC process.
Then suddenly i get banned from playing at the site and the live support button now suddenly doesn't work for me...

I cannot recommend this casino in any way and advise against depositing here.
The deposit went smoothly, but problems arose during the withdrawal process. All necessary documents were submitted for the KYC procedure. Additionally, an unusually high number of different selfies were requested for verification. First, a selfie with an ID card, then a new selfie with an ID card because my arm was not fully visible in the previous one. This was followed by another selfie with an ID card and a piece of paper with predetermined text on it. However, this still wasn't enough, so another selfie was required, essentially identical to the previous one, but this time in front of my house, with the house number I provided in my profile visible in the background. (This doesn't prove anything, as I could have just as easily stood in front of any other house with the same house number.)
Afterward, the live support team could no longer assist me because the selfie suddenly had to be confirmed by a "manager" - this was never the case before. I was given two separate timeframes for a resolution, but when I tried to follow up a third time (over a period of 6 hours), I discovered that my account had been inexplicably banned.
When I inquired about this in the live chat, I was told that my account had been banned due to an administrative decision, and that I would receive an email regarding it.
I had never used this casino before, nor did I claim any bonuses. Based on my personal experience, I can only advise against depositing in this casino.
