Needed a bunch of small gifts for a work raffle and this made it way less painful than I thought. Prices held up even after ordering a decent quantity, nothing felt like it was about to fall apart the second someone unwrapped it. Delivery landed exactly on the date they gave, no last minute delay text which matters a lot when you're on a deadline for an event. Asked a question about bulk pricing beforehand and got a proper reply within the hour, not some auto response. Ordering from them again next time we need a stack of gifts fast.

Keep away from these puppets no purchase yet 2 weeks ago no reply from emails keep the 48 quid total tossers

So disappointed that Sparks just closed its doors without notifying its Stockists.
Last Friday I went to place an order as normal and saw a Notice saying they were updating there website.
Which, after 24hrs changed to the 'closure notice'.. I immediately had to refund my customers for their Mother's Day' orders. Then had to look around for 'New Suppliers'.

It is very sad though. They were excellent and they definitely will be missed.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. A lot of items arrived damaged and it was difficult to try and get a credit for these.

We have dealt with Sparks Giftware for a number of years now. Their range of different stock items is comprehensive.
But, in addition, the provide an excellent customer service.

I bought a vintage Red mini and Scooter ornament - I love both items although there was some slight damage to one of the minis ( I'd actually bought two Mini's) Hayley, the girl in the customer services department (CAD Department) was absolutely fabulous and dealt with my issue both professionally and personably. I was issued a 10% discount for one of the Mini's and offered an exchange on the other.
Fabulous products that arrived super fast and the customer service department is absolutely top notch - Thank you to all at SPARKS especially Hayley 🚘🇬🇧Beep Beep.

Excellent value, great range of stock and brilliant customer service. By far the best customer focused wholesaler I have used. Highly recommended

Great customer service supporting our small business. Thank you for looking after us at Andy Brooms Christmas Trees Decor & Gifts Galore. High quality products and great variety.

This is my go to Wholesale company for gifts for my little shop. Lots of good quality items to choose from. They dispatch super quick as well with a great delivery service

Fast, reliable, easy to use online ordering and great customer service. There is always a wide range of products to chose from and you can usually order single items rather than lots of one thing which is a great way to test and offer a wide range of products. Highly recommend.

Fab gifts very efficient ordering is easy

I just love Sparks ✨ The customer care is second to none, Daryl always goes out of his way to help! Great products at affordable prices. Give them a try if you haven't already as they are fab!

Thank you to Sparks for offering a beautiful collection of gifts. Especially a massive shout out to James who always delivers the best service. He is helpful attentive and professional and an asset to your company. I ship my products to Cyprus and due to Brexit have faced many issues with customs which James always helps sort out. My items are safely packed ready for their long journey and always arrive safely. Pleasure doing business with you..thank you. Rachael K.

I use to use a wholesalers locally but finding sparks was the best move ever there team are amazing always helpful if ive a problem there stuff is amazing and so reasonably priced they really are a 5 star company

Loads of great products to choose from. Never had any issues with orders and great as a small business to order from

Love the fact that I can order in small quantities and I’ve always had a good experience.
Products are great value and my customers love it.

One of my go too suppliers for a wide choice of stock at reasonable prices. Great communication and fast delivery times.

Great service always deliver on time with no problems and a good choice of products. .

Sparks were my first ever supplier when the business was formed back in 2017 and I haven't looked back!

They've always been very helpful and friendly as well as providing timely refunds or credit notes where due (for the odd occasion where items got damaged or there was a stock miscount which can happen to the best of us!).

They bring an exciting and diverse range of products that my customers love and with next day delivery available and very reasonable pricing, what's not to love.

Just received my latest order today via DPD and am excited to check the new goodies!

Thanks Sparks!
