You submit just one application. Our team reads what you sent, and we go out to our lenders ourselves. We bring back the offer that fits your business. Then you decide. Funding runs from $5,000 to $2,000,000, on terms of 6 to 72 months. Applying doesn't affect your credit. A hard credit pull happens only after you accept an offer. To apply, you need your business details and the papers you already keep: bank statements, your incorporation documents and photo ID. Statements are read-only. They can't be used to move money. Before you sign, the offer shows what you receive and what you repay in total. If you don't like the terms, you don't take them. Spark Finance is an Ontario corporation based in Toronto. We registered the company in September 2026, and the people who run it have worked in Canadian small-business finance for years. I run an Toronto based e-commerce store, which sells street wear. I had reached out to Spark Finance to explore financing options to manage my inventory purchases ahead of the holiday season.
