I have used Sovereign a few times now for our annual Portugal holiday. They are a very easy company who help in planning your holiday. The price you pay is the one you’d pay if you did it yourself online, and it comes with the safe knowledge of ATOL protected. They are very pleasant to deal with and ensure your holiday is tailored for you.

First time using Sovereign. Everything great, from booking with Lucy and the whole holiday experience.
Have just booked another holiday with her. Sadly got a discount voucher in the post the day after booking 😫

Tried to book a holiday online but crashed at the payment stage and instructed to call customer services the next working day. After holding for 10/15 minutes I got through on the phone. It became clear the booking problem may have been due to an ongoing system upgrade. Lucy, the Personal Travel Planner was excellent - friendly, helpful and informative. She had to call me back due to ongoing booking challenges. I ultimately booked the holiday despite the hassle described here and have given a four star rating ….. thank you Lucy.

Took a long time time from initial enquiry to booking
I felt I had to chase to check availbty of booking by which time flights could have been booked

We spoke to our favourite representative, Helen Lippe who is always a joy to speak to.
She had us booked into our favourite hotel in no time.

Friendly service on booking, explored different options, different baeleric islands, different packages, different airports to find the right deal for us as a family with a young toddler. Very happy with the service provided. This included a call to the hotel and ensuring that allergy for our toddlers were not going to be an issue. Would recommend the service.
