After having many issues with both agent and buyers for about 5 months with another national high street estate agent, I instructed South Manchester Homes to sell my property.

I’m not normally one to write reviews, but felt compelled to recommend Jonathan and South Manchester Homes after a less-than-ideal experience attempting to sell my property with another, well known local Estate Agent.

Great service from Jonathan and the team at South Manchester Homes. We were always kept up to date with regards to our house purchase and Jonathan always went the extra mile to ensure everything was going to plan.

The service provided was excellent, very professional and was really good value. Jonathan was always available, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The house on Right Move looked great and was sold within days. I can't recommend South Manchester Homes highly enough.
