Southend Airport Car Park Anmeldelser 

I have used this company twice now..both times the car has been really filthy on the return.I thought maybe the first time was a one off but it happened again
The staff come across a bit abrupt Whwn telling them I am 15 minutes away then when I had gone through customs on way back.
This time the car had dirty water all up the window like somebody had thrown a bucket of dirty water over it.
The thing is it hasn't rained all week as we have had a heatwave?
I don't know where they store the vehicles but I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for it to be washed on return.
There is nothing worse than after a plane ride getting Into a car which looks like it has been on a mud track.

Brilliant service. I called them when I was passing Basildon on the a127 and they were waiting for me. We got out and they took the car and we were in the airport within a minute. Coming home I called them when going through security and again they were waiting with my car and we was driving out less then a minute later. Meet and greet is soooo much easier will defo be using again

Have used SACP Meet and Greet service for the last eight trips, they are always on time, professional and friendly.

Droping the car was met with a very friendly excellent service, however collecting my car was very different...

Upon collecting my car last night from your meet and greet services at Southend airport, I was disgusted to find the state that my car was returned to me.

I have emailed you with images showing the car is covered in dirt and dust with hand prints all over the car bonnet, I mentioned this to the chap who delivered my car who simply said we have had had bad weather and then walked away! No we hadn’t, the weather in England last week was great and besides my brother in law who had parked at the airport returned to his car absolutely fine.

I travel abroad around 4 – 6 times per year and always use a meet and greet service and I have NEVER had my car returned in this condition, I am sure when you look at the images you will agree that this is unacceptable, it is almost as if you had parked the car on a dirt track.

Anyone reading this may think that i am overreacting as you have not seen the images, trust me, my car is only six months old but looks like it is 16 years old.

I would appreciate your comments in this matter and look forward to hearing form you.

For convenience of the service I cannot complain. However, all four of my wheels were severely damaged which went unnoticed when I collected it due to it being dark and wet. My mistake I know, but if this is how they look after customer cars I would pay more and go elsewhere. I may have saved a few quid on parking but have lost a few hundred in repairing damage or resale value. Seriously unimpressed! Avoid!

I would recommend anybody flying from Southend Airport use these. They were waiting for us at departure and delivered a warm car before we had a chance to get cold, no mean feat in January.
I've used other car park companies at other airports and they rank above all of them.

We always use SACP because they have never let us down, we are always greeted promptly and with a smile

on return trip was left waiting outside for 20 minutes. When I phoned and asked where the transfer bus was, I was told 'we have other customers' when bus arrived there was no one in it for the transfer from car park to airport. Oh and that's not mentioning the fact when I arrived no one was on site so I opened the gate to see if anyone was around to be told on the phone that gate is 'supposed to be locked' so much for secure car park. Will be paying the extra 5 or 6 pounds next time and using on site car park a lot easier and far less hassle.

Have now used SACP twice for airport packing for our family flights from Southend Airport. Both occasions- booking were easy, the drop and pick up to and from the airport quick and hassle free. The staff very friendly and welcoming . Overall 5 star service at a reasonable price.
Very highly recommended, we would use SACP again and again

the staff on both trips were very friendly and informative. They told us the plan of what to do and how to do it so you weren't left wondering what to do - both for using their service and the airport itself.
Great service for a much cheaper price than the airport car park.

no problems on arrival we were whisked off to the airport, a mere three minute drive and on return we were collected five minutes after arrival and our car was ready and waiting our arrival.

Fantastic service, I have used other southend carparks in the past and had serious problems, so when I was recommended by a friend I thought I would give them a try.
picked me up from the airport within 2 minutes of my phone call to tell them I was there! Lovely friendly driver who really could not have done any more. No waiting to get the minibus to the airport either, so if you are running a bit late, they will get you there on time, thank you SACP.

Absoolutely brilliant service - will recommend for sure!

This is the second time I have used SACP and I would thoroughly recommend the service to all air passengers travelling from Southend airport. The staff are very helpful and precise. Last year you helped make a very difficult emergency trip run smoothly in terms of the meet and greet service.

when you get there you will be met by a very friendly driver who will get you to the airport quickly with a nice little chat on the way,
when you arrive back at Southend they are there waiting to take you back to your car,

We used Southend airport for the first time, in fact it was the first time we had been to Southend. Getting to the airport was straightforward but we had to go through dozens of traffic lights during rush hour which slowed us down a lot.
Once at the airport we were met as per the meet & greet service and our car parked so close to the airport we felt we were nearly on the runway.
Check-in was a treat, hardly anyone there and the check-in staff had time to chat, yes the plane would be on timw, no it wasn't quite full, would yoiu like to put your handluggage in the hold, etc, etc,.
Security check was the usual necessary hassle, shoes off, belt off, etc but quick as there was so few people flying at that time.
Availability of snacks and drinks was fine and boarding quick and easy with a short walk to the plane (wouldn't have been too happy if it had been cold, wet and windy though !).
Left a little early and all in all I'd give it 10/10.
On return the same slick reception and car collect had us leaving the airport within 20 minutes of touchdown, again 10/10 and we'll be back.
