Easy to use probably extra coffee shop

Met by a friendly member of staff who took us to the airport to commence our flight, explained how to contact them on our return to arrange for us to be transported to collect our car. East pick up on our return, great service throughout.

Got there at 4 30 in the morning an someone took us straight away no waiting around. Wn we came back someone was there waiting to pick us up even tho our flight was late so I would def recommend to anyone!

I didn't expect much for this price but I was really surprised with the quality of service. I will use this car park again in future.

This is the 3rd/4th time of using SACP and previous experience went without hitch but this time the driver arrived promptly but with the wrong car! In itself that was not a problem because we were taken to the depot and the cars were switched - the problem was that it was 11.15 pm and we had a one hour drive. It delayed us 45 mins at the wrong time of day!! Also it was going to be valeted but that was also booked to the wrong car.
The driver was very apologetic and we have a discount for the next time we book - which I am sure we will as it is a very convenient service.

More prominent signs would help but the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great service and we only had to wait a minute to be picked up when we returned. Our car was parked ready to go.

In contrast to our usual experience at Stansted, flying out of Southend was relatively stress - free. Using the parking service to arrive by mini-bus was efficient and the staff at Southend were courteous and helpful. Grabbing a snack was easy . Aer Lingus was more costly than Mr. O'Leary,s outfit but far more relaxed and convenient with a larger luggage allowance and a very fast baggage reclaim. I recommend it.

Best airport experience I have had, and I have travelled a lot (at least 20 times a year on business/holiday) from various UK and international airports. Very good facilities, all very well and conveniently situated, with MINIMAL walking. I used the valet parking, Business lounge and duty free shop. All provided excellent service. Will always choose Southend Airport if flights are available from it.

Great airport clearly labelled with friendly staff. A smooth and enjoyable experience

They were very polite and were awaiting our arrival, parked car in drop of space and we were whizzed straight to the airport no hanging around at all and on our returned we telephoned them and by the time we crossed the road they were entering the car park, we had a bit of a wait to get out of the car park but that was not their fault.

Returned to collect car still in the same condition we left it and parked ready for us to exit easily. we will be using them again next time we fly from Southend airport

This is the second occasion that I have used Southend Airport Valet Park, last year the service was brilliant and they lived up to all their promises, they were waiting for me on departure and arrival. However, when I used the service again in August this year all went well on departure but I had to wait 45 minutes and call them 3 times before my car was returned. To cap it all, the attitude seemed to be don't blame us, several flights arrived at the same time!

I have used other services nearby for Southend Airport, but felt they were a distance away. These are just round the corner. Really good staff, clean mini-bus & nothing too much trouble. I will definately use these again. Thankyou.

So convienient quick and easy to check in. Could do with more eateries as food provided wasn't very nice and no choice. Also departure area a quite cramped. Great staff though.

Arrived at the car park to find gates wide open and no one around.If I was a joy rider I could of had the pick of the place.
When staff did arrive 10minutes later,they were friendly and helpful.
