I was referred to Josh for specialist treatment by my dentist. They told me he was the best, and I would not disagree. I am very happy with the outcome. In addition to his expertise, he and the rest of the team were kind and professional, and kept me comfortable and distracted. Highly recommended.

It really saddens me that this company has had such poor rewiews.
It is almost like people are talking about a different company..
Nine years ago ,2017 I was referred to South Coast,
by my dentist for possible specialist dental work.
From first appointment to establish my requirement
I have found the company and all its staff are absolutely tip top in every way.
From that first appointment I had a very comprehensive quotation with full drawings and easy to understand explanation on what was required.
No pressure what so ever.

After excepting the quotation, a plan was formulated for me to have the state of the art four implants over a constructed period of appointments,
All service was as far as I am concerned was first class.
Alright I can hear you say that must have cost, yes it did, BUT it was my mouth and I wanted it done correctly.
In the 9 years since I have not had a single problem with those inserts and I wish I have more done at the time.
My time with South Coast has been looked after Mr David Furze one of the resident specialist. His overall manner and expertise is so very good.
I am currently in the progress of having another implant which I hope will be compleated in the next 10 days.

No problems although occasional repeated cancellations for a number of reasons, eg dentist awaiting NHS registration etc.

Absolutely terrible place to get any work done.
Went in as I had a hole in my back tooth and wanted implants, they gave me a filling and then I had appointments with the hygienist before any more work was to be carried out.

Had two appointments booked with the hygienist and she talked to her colleague all the way through the cleansing and several times didn’t even touch my teeth and I was charged for the time not procedure not the procedure, so basically they charged me an extra £20 for going over by five minutes and for most of the time she was talking and not working on my teeth.
The tooth the dentist filled has since caused me nothing but problems it’s painful and I have cysts coming up. when I made a complaint they wanted me to go back in to look at the issue and they were going to charge me to have a root canal, and then for the filling to be filled Again, when it cost me approximately £700 to get it filled the first time round.
Needless to say I did not go back again as I do not trust them.
Would NOT recommend anybody to go there EVER they’re just money grabbers and their work are shoddy

Shockingly poor levels of dental care and aftercare provided by this practice. The level of incompetence and skill shown by this practice is beyond comprehension.

The quality of implants, the work done is of the lowest possible standard. My mother had full sets of implants done by this practice charging over 20K and all they were interested in was ensuring that she would come back for remedial work and pay additional charges.

Her implants did not last 6 months before they started to break away and all this practice was interested in was getting her to return so they could charge her more money. When she had remedial work done to fix the poor quality work done by the dentist, this last a month requiring further visits and additional costs.

When payment was temporarily withheld so that they would acknowledge the lack of care, the lack of quality in what they had done rather than engage to resolve the matter and give her the implants she had paid for they initiated court proceedings.

Awful ethics, terrible attitude, horrible service, incompetent work and money motivated aftercare!
