Super fast response and action on a request of having a Meet & Greet VIP ticket upgraded to Tier 1, and on a Sunday even.

WOWWW what can I say about this company that hasn't already been said by so many other happy satisfied customers.
They are truly amazing! They literally have made a girls dream come true. I didnt think for a second that they would go that above and beyond for someone but they did and worked miracles... I now get to do a meet and greet with a band next year that I never thought was going to be possible due to a situation that was out of my hands..
I'm not sure who handled my emails but whoever did literally kept me updated all the time, wasn't ever just a generic response they responded with compassion, empathy and understanding and were literally so friendly and extremely quick to respond.
I cannot recommend this company enough! First time using them and will keep going back to get those VIP packages!! Amazing company, amazing customer service and just amazing in general. MELROSE AVENUE HERE I COME!!!

I was in this Situation. Buy vip upgrade for slaughter to prevail. 1 day before concert i get the information about entry and goodies.
Customer service is fast and helpful. (Please note their CET working time!)
Would buy packages from Sound rink again. Oh i forgot. Im not buyed Just a satisfied customer :)

I had an issue with shipping information for an item from my VIP package for a concert, Sound Rink support was extremely helpful and patient throughout helping me, and with the proper information that was needed I had my information changed accordingly. Thank you guys so so much!!

I emailed asking about part of my vip package that said it would be shipped. First I was told they were picked up at the show. I sent a screenshot to them where it said it would be shipped. From that point on they were extremely helpful.
I had multiple questions and things I wanted more information about. They took the time to address everything I mentioned in my email and if they didn’t know the answer they gave me an idea of who to talk to. They really stayed with the issue and made sure I got everything I needed. I work customer service and I was very impressed with how the situation was handled. 10/10 for me 😊

These guys are the best! We attend a lot of metal shows and usually try to get the VIP packages. Not only are their VIP packages loaded with amazing merch, you are guaranteed an awesome experience with the artists. Every time I have reached out to their customer service with questions, they have been super quick to respond and so helpful. I wish I could use sound rink for all my shows!

Ich hatte ein VIP-Upgrade für Ice Nine Kills gebucht, leider hat sich mein Konzertbesuch auf ein anderes Ice Nine Kills Konzert verschoben. Der Kundenservice war schnell und sehr nett. Eine Umbuchung meines VIP-Upgrades auf den anderen Termin war problemlos möglich. Das Treffen mit der Band war großartig! Alles war gut organisiert.

I ordered two VIP packages for Ice Nine Kills, but unfortunately I can’t go to the shows because of work. Customer support then told me I wouldn’t get my money back because it isn’t covered by insurance.
That’s €400 down the drain. SCAMMERS!!!!

I accidentally bought ticketless VIP upgrades for concert in another state and not the one I had tickets for locally. I sent an email to customer service and got an auto generated response that my reason was not one that qualified for a refund. With no phone number listed to call , I just figured I was screwed out of a chunk of money. That evening I was contacted, via email, by the nicest customer service agent. She immediately processed a refund for me and was so timely in her responses as well as exceptionally friendly. I really did not expect such a level of customer service from a ticketing platform. Definitely a fan.

My mom needed to transfer tickets from her name to mine due to a family emergency. We emailed soundrink with everything they needed and they were very quick and responsive to solve the problem that day. They were very sweet and provided excellent customer. Will be using them again!

From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure I got exactly what I was hoping for. In a process that can often feel stressful and overwhelming as I bought two vip tickets and it was sold out I only received one Cassandra made everything smooth, seamless, and actually enjoyable.

I bought a VIP package via Soundrink for an event in 2025 that, for lack of going into detail, went poorly. The VIP experience didn't happen on time due to a weather delay, and for my part I missed it entirely as chaos abounded and the venue struggled with helping patrons.

At the time I worked with Soundrink's support, and they worked with me to a fair conclusion; while they couldn't refund me my money as the VIP event did technically happen later, they offered to comp me in the future for one of comparable value.

Here I am nearly a year later, and all I had to do was reply back to that email chain from last year to take them up on their offer. Once again Soundrink's support impressed; they nearly immediately let me know that they were able to help me out, and within 24 hours I had a ticket for an upcoming VIP event.

Their support is clearly staffed by good people, and I cannot stress how impressed I continue to be with them. When things go as planned working with them is as painless as can be, and when things don't go quite-as-planned their support is there to help out. Top notch all around.

I had tickets for the wrong date to a show, I wrote them a little explanation and what I needed help with. They fixed the dates and set me right, nearly immediately. The response time for my questions to the customer service center was beyond my expectations. Knowing the amount of money that is paid for VIP events and other tickets, a fast response means peace of mind. I was concerned because I could not find my proof of purchase for a VIP event coming up in the next couple weeks. They responded within 2 hours and provided me the full email showing my proof of purchase and my ticket link. Previously to this, I sent them an email letting them know of a discrepancy on the artists VIP page & venue links and within a half an hour they sent me the correct link for my venue in my city. By far the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time, especially through email. Wish all my favorite artists went through them!

I have dealt with sound rink for a few years now for VIP upgrades to concerts. Everytime they deliver an amazing up close and personal experience. Very well curated and extremely pleasant to deal with. I recently was offered an even further upgrade to a concert I already had VIP for and they made it super easy and were helpful every step of the way. Quick responses to emails and very personable. I look forward to more experiences with sound rink!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I’ve worked in VIP for over 15 years and this was my first experience with Sound Rink. I had a question about purchasing a potential package and received an answer almost immediately. They were professional and very informative. So far I have been very impressed with my interaction and I’m looking forward to the VIP experience I’ve purchased through them.

I’ve used sound rinks VIP meet and greets 3 times now and it’s been pretty smooth! But the customer service? Is top notch! They’re fast and super great, fixed my problem in no time, same hour response too!
