Love our bed deeper storage is fantastic and bed looks great . The only thing I would say was communication is poor and trying to get on phone is difficult always said mail box full. Adam did call me back and confirmed delivery date which was crucial to our purchase . Stop letting yourselves down be more interactive with your customers. Delivery was excellent and guys called to say when they would arrive .

Another purchase from Sosoftbeds based on the previous excellent experience. If anything the service is better than before, which is a stand out compared to the majority of other online purchases that barely meet the minimum expectation. Put simply, everything was delivered on time, as described and customer service was a pleasure to deal with. I'm happy to recommend and would purchase from again without hesitation.

Super impressed
We purchased a deep base std double side opening ottoman (with mattress) and are super impressed with the quality and service provided. Delivery time was as expected and good communication throughout (delivery guys were helpful and friendly too). Tempted to buy another one for the other bedroom - would recommend.

Why is no one responding/no delivery
Why is no one responding ? And where is our bed that we purchased?
No response on WhatsApp, live chat or social media accounts. Put in a preferred delivery day also as this is the only week we are off and no delivery or update to it whatsoever.

Buy the Best..Ultimate Luxury.
We have been looking for an ottoman electric lift king sized bed for some time and found this company who offered what we wanted.
As we are getting older we wanted a bed that was large enough to take our items so ordered the 50cm larger size and wanted electric remote lift opening option for ease of use.
We took delivery yesterday and are delighted.
The construction is high end with good quality materials and components so should last a long time, the materials used in the colour option are also high end, we chose the Warrick range from the samples that we pre ordered and you can feel the quality in this also.
Delivery from Acme Delivery/removal of old base & packaging was on time and communication was also great. The prices were very keen considering what we have received and we will have no hesitation in ordering another product from So Soft Beds. So if you are like us we certainly recommend this supplier and buy with confidence.

Amazing bed, lacking communication
Ordering a custom bed was easy and I received confirmation by email straight away. Everything was smooth sailing for the first week however wait time was longer than stated; by over a week. I was phoned by company once to arrange delivery however I missed the call and they did not leave a message or try to phone again. I then tried to message and email to arrange delivery but received no response. Eventually I did manage to get a call back days later (after phoning twice) and delivery was arranged for 3 days following. Bed was brought up to the bedroom and everything was great. Easy to assemble and great quality all round. Would definitely purchase again despite the issues with communication

Great quality beds with extra benefits
We ordered two beds, a single and a double ottoman with extra storage and yhey are everything we hoped. The extra height ottoman makes it easier to get out of bed (yes, we're starting to get to a more mature age) and provides a lot more storage.
We also ordered a bedhead which wasn't with the beds. No problem, we were back in touch with the company and it was here within a few days, no hassle.
