really well managed process of gathering of requirements that resulted in well thought supplier profiles matching the expectation, experience and industry knowledge. I was impressed how well organized the process was from initial conversation with Sortlist representative ( Asma) and very quick turnaround time when I received first supplier applications for my project. Platform is easy to use, serving as one stop shop for reviewing supplier applications, their credentials, experience, case studies and also communication. We have shortlisted one of the suggested suppliers to proceed with our projects, while other two were also very good match. I could rate my experience as 5 out of 5 and would recommend Sortlist to my colleagues.

Very good platform. Easy to use. Communications and support were excellent. It found agencies I wouldn't have found by Googling. It's a bit like a dating app that arranges a speed date. I found our perfect partner and I can't wait to start working with our new agency.

Après un essai gratuit qui ne m'a donné aucun lead, seulement des "impressions" inutiles et invérifiables, Sortlist m'envoie chaque mois une facture pour un service que je n'ai jamais utilisé.
Le seul moyen de supprimer son compte est de demander à Sortlist de le faire. Une fois la période d'essai terminée ils vous enverront chaque mois une facture de 179€, si vous ne la payez pas car pas intéressé ils vous garderont abonnés (tout en supprimant tous les avantages de l'abonnement car vous ne payez pas) et continueront malgré tout à vous les envoyer chaque mois.
Ils vous demanderont ensuite de payer toute ces factures accumulées en échange de la suppression de votre compte, sans quoi ils continueront éternellement à vous envoyer des factures...

Wir haben mehrfach an die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse geschrieben und um Löschung unseres Kontos gebeten, ohne eine sinnvolle Antwort erhalten zu haben und ohne Erfolg. Leider wurden wir stets mit "marketing-weichgespülten" oder vielleicht auch KI-generierten sinnlosen Antworten abgespeist - auf jeden Fall bemüht man sich nicht wirklich um Klärung/Lösung. Da wir die Angelegenheit nun an unsere Anwälte übergeben mussten, erübrigt sich ein weiterer Austausch auf dieser Plattform

Context: Our goal was to use Sortlist as a partner for acquiring international clients.

Situation: We first did a trial, which was okay. Later, we signed a 1-year contract with them.

After working with them for a few months, we started to notice that most of the leads coming to us through Sortlist were OUTSIDE of our prospecting area - in countries where we do not want to have clients due to tax reasons.

We raised several customer support tickets, spoke with our account manager, and nothing happened. We kept receiving useless leads.

After several months... we completed their cancellation request template to cancel the service, which was immediately processed.

HOWEVER, since they did not deliver what was promised to us, we asked for a refund of the credits until the yearly contract ends.

Several days have passed, and we have received no reply (even though we have sent them follow-up messages) from Sortlist regarding the refund of our money.

We were hoping to have a productive business relationship with them, but when problems arose, they disappeared...

Great platform for finding the right marketing agency! Fabulous service, no matter what your inquiry. The navigation between features is sometimes not super intuitive, but okay nonetheless.
