Customer & Tech Support
I ordered a new dash kit for my truck. When I placed the order it was a Sunday and stock was low. It ended up going out of stock before my order could be filled. Jessie with customer support worked with me to try and get an ETA. When the manufacturer could provide one Jessie than worked with me and tech support to determine if a different kit would also work. Travis ended up actually calling me to let me know it would work. Sonic Electronix Customer Care and Tech Support went above and beyond. The last time I went to purchase audio equipment from someone else it ended up being a massive headache that resulted in a canceled order and refund that I used to order the same item from Sonic Electronix in the end.

Sticker problems
I was pretty discouraged that I didn’t get a sticker for my nvx subwoofer so I wrote an email and Joanna from customer support reached out and took care of me which made me feel like a valued customer I really appreciate for them sending me stickers when they didn’t have to but Joanna step up and made it happen

Missing the main ingredient
There was a item missing from my order. Before my items got shipped i was told the kenwood receiver i ordered was out of stock. I talked to suppirt and decided on the DS18 receiver. And that was the main ingredient. But wasnt shipped. Now i have to wait up to 48 hrs to find out if its gonna be shipped when there shouldnt be a problem being it was paid for already. Thats only reason i rated a 3, other than that it would have been a 5 star review.

Shipping was quick
Shipping was quick. The XS Power D4800 was supposed to come with 580 posts. Mine did not include them. The package was sealed so there was no way for Sonic Electronix to know they were missing.
