I had lived more than three years in one of their apartment and it was great. The room was well equipped, very well isolated and silent. I always got a quick and friendly response whatever question I had. Strongly recommend them. There was absolutely no issue with the deposit refund when I moved out.
I was scammed by this company, they share with me a studio and when I got there they placed me in another one, much smaller. When I asked for justification they offer me the correct one but they also increased the rental price. In the studio I was left for 50 days with a broke dishwasher, they were telling me they will fix it next week, next week, and so on. I decided to leave this place and they did not refund my deposit not even one month and they are not responding to any emails or phone. Be aware this company is not to be trusted!
Nice apartments. Anything which we need while leaving in the apartment, we can just ask the owner and it will be available next day.

I don't recommend this place for a long-term and you better stay away from Sommersted. Rental manager is very nice only the first day when the apartment is shown. He promises very convenient and trust-based service, but since the deposit is transferred and lease contract signed in, everything turns out to be fraud.
In the lease contract, it is stated that there is a cleaning fee taken from the deposit, and therefore a tenant is not asked to clean the apartment when moving out. Unfortunately, as it turned out, this is a complete lie, they take more for cleaning than initially agreed from the deposit if they think that the apartment is untidy and it takes longer for cleaning lady to clean it (what???). In addition, such a condition is not stated in the lease contract.
Moreover, they don't show water and electricity meters when a tenant moves in (be careful with that!) Needless to mention, we found it hard to believe since we, two people, have been living in different apartments before in Copenhagen and never paid/consumed so much as they state.
Furthermore, the room we lived was terrible, it was untidy when we moved in (we even asked to clean it one more time, guess if they ever did this), several utilities were broken and they just simply don't care, it's all about the business.
Consider carefully if you really want to live in such a place.

We are very sorry that your stay at Sommersted-CPH failed to meet your expectations.
With all of our tenants, as with you, we strive to provide the services that is expected and required of us. However, when you moved out, you left behind such a mess, that our cleaning crew had to spend several extra hours cleaning it - And we had to pull in extra workers to fix the things that were broken or missing.
As for the electricity and water, we promptly and kindly sent you the proof of your monthly usage and expenses, when you asked for them.
Once again, we are very sorry that your stay with us wasn't satisfactory - But we hope that you still had the chance to enjoy Copenhagen to it's fullest extend.
