Scam and I don’t even understand why these haven’t been closed down, they are stealing money.

I also received my bead today…🤦‍♀️ total scam

Bloody horrible ordered 2 chairs got 2 beads today in post not happy at all stay away from this company

Scam company do not buy from here ordered 2 pluffy chairs and like many others received 2 beads in the post luckily managed to get a refund through the bank but these need shutting down

Thieves and nothing else . Steeling money from people . Order Pluffy chair , got a tiny beed .

I normally read reviews before purchasing, especially with overseas companies. Same as everyone else, bought a chair and got a single bead instead. Opened a dispute with my bank and got refunded from Soluva. Please do not buy from them.

My rocking chair arrived today. It came in a small envelope and instead of being big black and comfy, its yellow and white, fits in my hand, ugly as hell, and if i sat on it it’d sure get lost in my buttcheeks. Raging.

My bead now sits on my dressing table as a reminder that if it seems too good to be true, chances are it is. I hope the scammers have the worst day imagineable x

Oplichters. Ook ik heb een houten kraal ontvangen in plaats van een stoel. Op mail eerst keurige reactie, nu bestaat het mailadres niet eens meer… gegokt en verloren, aanbieding was ook al te mooi… superstom. Oplichters!

Scammed like everyone else. Was expecting a rocking chair today but got a bead

Wish I could give no stars. I’m on benefits and can’t afford to lose £35. Orders this “chair” for Christmas and waited for ages. received the tiny plastic bead everyone else did. Raging 😡!!

Ordered a chair costing £35, waited over a week so decided to email. Was told it was overseas and to wait 20 days or so. Only then did I look up the reviews and realised it’s a scam. I asked for a refund and was told by Jenny that it would be issued. I emailed for an update to find my email bouncing. Logged this with my bank as a fraud. Today after 1 week I received a full refund of £35.

Don’t not buy from here!! I ordered a cosy chair from here, however decided I didn’t want it upon ordering this so emailed them and they assured me they would give me a refund. 20 days later have not recieved the refund. They have blocked my email address so I’m unable to contact them. No other contact details on there website. ITS A SCAM!!

Like all the other comments ordered a pluffy chair and received one tiny bead and no refund. Absolutely disgusting in this day and age this can happen in plain sight.

Scam company avoid they sent beads instead of puffy rocker chairs

Ik had een stoel besteld (pluffy). Nu dacht ik vandaag mijn stoel te ontvangen. Kreeg ik van DHL de melding dat mijn pakket in de brievenbus was geleverd. Hier zat een houten kraal in. Dit is natuurlijk niet wat ik besteld had.

As the rest, ordered a chair, received a bead 🤬
