Softpedia Anmeldelser

I should have read the reviews. I am yet another sucker to be robbed by this fake website. Advice to others intending to use Softpedia DO NOT. It is a BIG scam to rob you of your money.

Ordered and paid £14.99. I have tried phoning, leaving messages, email but always failure to deliver notice. I clicked on their link plus copied over their email address but no success getting in touch to get my money back! Really upset as I don’t have a lot of money.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Softpedia is a complete con. Even their postal address UK shown is nothing to do with Softpedia. The address given is residential. Scam, even the email contact never ever works.

If I could give minus stars i would. I accidentally paid for office twice. I also purchased office 365. I have written to them twice, unable to activate my msoffice products. They do not reply to emails. Nothing works even following their instructions. I am now out of pocket. Happy to send envidence to anyone who would like to see my attempts to resolve the issues. Do not buy from this company.

Bought a couple programs, neither worked, asked for a refund, no reply.

It’s a scam, illegal software. I paid £8.99 that unfortunately I’m going to just let go. I’m glad it wasn’t more. Avoid. Romanian based scammers

SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE. LINK DOES NOT WORK!

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
Software contained malware, fouled up my laptop before I had completed download - no way to get my £12.99 back, email process on website will not send, other email not answered.
Telephone number on website is to Trek Desrt Maroc.
softpedia.com is US and they inform me there is no connection with this UK site and they are trying to stop their name being used illegally.

DO NOT BUY FROM - Softpedia.com

I just bought a copy of Logic Pro, they sent me the cracked warez version of the software.
No refund, not even answer on my emails.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Beware of this site, I bought 2 lots of software from them, sent two emails over the period of a week, which were not responded too.

The lifetime licence's for both lots of photography software were supposed to be included, I tried to use develope mode, but it said a licence was needed.

Both lots of software are useless to me

This is obviously a scam and I have learnt a lesson.

Not to be trusted or recommended.

Seems to be a scam!
Purchased software, followed instructions to install but experienced problems and contacted Softpedia for assistance. Contact Form is inactive and two emails have gone unanswered.
No product. No refund. Avoid!!!

I have to give them 5 stars. I have found them to be one of the best sites for finding various types of software. I've been going there for over 10 years and have had good experiences.

As for those who complain of malware; this is largely a risk with any software that is free. There are bad actors out there and being on the Internet, we all know that by now. I have found malware in software from all kinds of sources, including some "companies" themselves. If fact, one well-known company once got quite upset with me because I found malware in their Anti-Malware program. And no, it wasn't a false positive. You should not get that from an actual security program. (IOBits, I'm looking your way).

With that said, it is your own responsibility to make sure that the software you download is free of viruses and malware. If you are not comfortable with this, stick to paid software from known companies.

Best Website of All Times.
I'm using this website since childhood, very user-friendly and one can get any kind of software he wants which is even not available on other websites.

It is absolutely poor for software developers who want to add their software to the site. The submission process is very long: months or even years. There is no any way to track the submission status.

Softpedia is a great website for finding software, both free and paid for, in terms of free, it is my go to in terms of trust. I have never had a piece of software from softpedia that does not pass antivirus or antimalaware protection.

In terms of some software, if you go to the creators website, you have to enter email addresses etc just to download the software, however, if it is available on Softpedia, you can avoid this.

The reviews by Softpedia itself can be below par, but of course you can also see the reviews of other users, which is useful.

All in all, it is my first go to when searching for a particular software kind and over the years it has earned my trust.

It is realy amazing website. I love it whenever I need softwares for PC or my website cricdash.com I get from Softpedia.

Good as always.
Buni ca întotdeauna.

Great website. Here you can find tons of software along with reviews.

Softpedia bills itself as a file repository and news outlet. The news is biased, filled with advertisements billed as news. Since January 21, 2015,
if users try to comment, their comments are filtered out unless they meet with Softpedia's approval. Mostly U.S. Citizens and perhaps others are the ones that get filtered. A lot of misinformation is released as news on this site. Also, watch out for the software. Filled with tons of Adware aka Spyware. May not be safe or suitable for young children.

är en bra sida om man behöver nått program snabbt. hät kan man hitta allt från trial program till freewere.
