Spoke to Jake Richardson about Sage Drive issue on a sage 50 cloud v26.2.139.0 - I had spent 2 hours with Sage and in the end they said they could not help because we did not have Sage Cover - their help was short of useless - I then contacted Softext - Jake was not only the person that sold us the package but was the tech guy who solved my problem within 15 minutes.
I cannot recommend this company enough and applaud Jake's professionalism - thank you so much for solving my problem and saving me time and money - It is much appreciated!

Nothing is ever too much trouble for these guys! Rob, Jake and Nikki are always on hand for technical support with ACT! and have given some useful tips on getting the most from the system along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Rob and Jake within the Softext Ltd team are fantastic - even when a support issue which exceeded a 1.5hr phone call - They are always positive. Hubtel Communications have purchased software to improve the capabilies of our client/lead database. Personally having Softext at the end of an email or phone is great !

I rang as recommended by college to help install sage payroll and I received excellent service, especially from Jake. It took a few hours but I couldn’t have done it otherwise! It saved me having to buy a new laptop and I’m very grateful. Absolutely excellent service.

We had to upgrade our Sage software, I spoke to Sage direct and all they wanted was to sell me top end package at huge cost. I then spoke to Softext who listed to what capability I required and sold me software that did what I needed, Mo told me if he sold a higher level he had to justify the 'up sell' to his MD - how refreshing. Friendly, professional after sales support - I had an issue in that my data was corrupt (no fault of Softext) and Rob spent over a day in total linking in to my Laptop, speaking with out IT and helping me over the phone - at no additional cost to me. Highly recommend this company - don't waste your time looking elsewhere these guys are fabulous.
