No communication after the initial email stating the order was being processed. The shipment was sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address

I contacted Softext for advice on new software for MTD and had the pleasure of dealing with Mo and Jake. They were able to convert my old accounts data so that it could be installed on an MTD compliant version saving me both time and effort. Thanks to Mo and Jake it was a very prompt and efficient transition and I was up and running in no time. Their customer care skills are second to none and truly refreshing. I will certainly be using them again in the future.

Your representative was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone in getting my business set up with the new HMRC VAT reporting system, taking our accountant through the various steps. And we didn't have to wait to get through to someone when making the call. (Unlike Sage who do not even seem to have a phone number on their website.)

But I do wonder about the monthly charge which works out at almost £65 for each VAT return we file.

Telephone conversation while downloading Sage upgrade was extremely helpful - download took 45 mins to complete. All concerns were immediately addressed and each stage was clearly explained.

Puchased ACT! Pro V21to upgrade my rather old ACT! 2012. Whilst I have quite a lot of experience in IT, I ran into a few issues and since I had 15 days support I called Softext a few times. In fact I think I called about 5 or 6 times. They could not have been more helpful and together with their help I am upgraded.

Recommended!

Trivial issue, I would rather have an invoice in PDF format rather than inside an email because it prints over two pages which is a pain. Yes I print double sided. A more concise invoice layout in a PDF of just one page woulds be nice.
