Just purchased the tinges corner mocha sofa amazing quality and what a great team in the showroom. Well worth a visit.

We got our Tignes sofa - few days ago and we absolutely in love with it.
Great quality, cozy and comfortable.
Very efficient customer service - this model was in stock therefore we received less than in a week after we placed an order. Would definitely recommend!

What a great experience. I had been looking at Sofas & Friends for some time time as I couldnt decide what to go for.
On Monday 13th October in the afternoon I placed an order for the Left Hand Bormio sofa in beige.
On Tuesday 14th October I decided that the right hand would be better so I emailed to request this thinking it would be too late to change the order. Oh no I was wrong, the ordered was amended. On Wednesday 15th October I was advised that my sofa would be delivered on Thursday 16th October - WOW!!!!
So I was given a delivery slot of 11am-2pm so worked from home. The tracking was great and the delivery team kept me updated when they knew they were running late due to traffic.
Well when the sofa arrived I was soo excited. The guys bought it in with absolute care and attention, they washed their hands as soon as they took all the packing off of the sofa - they even took their shoes off to bring the sofa in to my lounge which is hard floors. They were the most friendly and polite delivery team I have ever experienced and an absolute pleasure to have in my home.
They set the sofa up, checked it was all working as it should and gave me a full demonstration. They are an absolute credit to you.

I ordered my Bormio sofa online on Monday afternoon and had it delivered today (Thursday) the same week even with me changing from a left to a right hand corner the following day.
What can I say other than I am in love with my new sofa, it’s stunning!
Customer service from these guys is the best.
The delivery service guys were running late due to traffic but kept me informed along the way. They installed the sofa after washing their hands so as not to mark the sofa, set it up and gave me a full demonstration and they even took all of the wrapping. They are a credit to you!

Had to wait longer than the advertised 2 weeks, still waiting for a chair, but had an issue on delivery of my sofa that was resolved the next day, so good customer service.

Excellent range of premium sofas. Go into store if you are unsure of colour or texture and the staff will happily show you a massive range of alternatives to what you see on the website. Delivery times were accurate and installation team were friendly and efficient. Start to finish I have no complaints and I absolutely love my new sofa

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect sofa since February. I purchased the Bormio sofa and it arrived the next day!! I have to say, it’s bar far the best sofa! Electric extension, adjustable backrest and storage, what more can you ask for? 🫶🏻

I had such a good experience with this company. I ordered the sofa and within the week it was delivered, 3 hour window for delivery set, good communication and the guys set up the sofa and even took away the rubbish. An effortless process and the sofa is amazing. Thank you

The sofa is of very good quality, I like everything.
But the delivery leaves much to be desired.
We weren't promised delivery between 4:00 and 7:00. After that, we were supposed to go to the hospital to see our child. They only called at 7:30 to say they'd be there soon. We tracked the delivery people on a map; they were in the center of our city. They just went there to have dinner and decided to miss our delivery. I had to go to the hospital alone without my husband, since he was present and would stay to receive the delivery.
Then these workers couldn't get the sofa into the house, especially one man who absolutely refused to lift the sofa and help my husband. He had to call a friend, and they managed to get it into the living room themselves.

I ordered sofa, I love idea, how it works, quick delivery and quality. However when I order in description was saying sofa is black when it arrived I seen real colour which is a more charcoal grey and I just hate grey colour, was very upset about it so thats why 3stars. Was thinking about changing to white instead but return charge is quite expensive so just have to stick with my sofa how it is.

Absolutely stunning sofa’s and brilliant customer service from start to finish. The guys that delivered the sofa were kind, hard working and very friendly! They took care and attention when bringing my sofas into the house and tested everything before they left.

Highly recommend this company for buying sofas as they are the best I’ve ever had! They are a show stopper in my living room
